Great Location for Activities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental experience was good. A little disappointed with the condition of the cabin. It needs some TLC. Not a fan of multiple electronic devices plugged into a hanging power strip. The location makes up for the age and condition of the cabin though. Could not be located in a more convenient spot. Walking distance from everything in town but not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle.

We enjoyed our stay overall, especially the location. It was in a great area and was very walkable, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings.That said, the property could use a little TLC. The beds were not very comfortable, and some of the outdoor furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while—the chairs around the fire pit could definitely use a good power washing. The listing accommodates four guests, but there were only two chairs around the campfire, which was a bit disappointing. We also noticed some poison ivy growing near the creek, so guests with children or pets should be aware.With a few updates and better maintenance, this could be an even more enjoyable place to stay because the location really is its biggest asset.

We've stayed here twice. We love the location.

Walkable to downtown Glen Arbor shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Home is thoughtfully furnished and comfortable.

Cute little cabin close to town. Great location. A big plus is they are dog-friendly.

The value of this spot was the main plus - it’s a very cute cottage close to the Crystal River and to downtown. It was cozy and homey, but some of the features needed updating.

Fernwood in Town

We liked that it was close to town, that it had a gas grill, that the beds were comfortable, and that it had counter storage in the room with the washer and dryer—for all of our beach things and extras.

Was close to road , but our dog listens very well , so no concern . It was a great cabin , walking distance to town . Loved it !!

Great location

The cabin was super conveniently located - close to everything (walking distance to shops, restaurants, and kayak rentals though close to a busy road). It was a cozy cabin that was very clean and exactly what we expected based on the photos. Deer visited the property in the evenings. The beds were a little soft for our preference, but we would stay here again.

Perfect location

We had a great stay. Could not be a better location. We thought the beds were fine. Two minor problems, we could not get the WiFi to work and the screen on the front door was mostly broken. But neither of those affected us too much
