Great Getaway

I really enjoyed my stay. The condo has a really nice decor, clean and well kept. The view is awesome. The building staff was very friendly. I would definitely book this space again.

The place was fine, the Murphy bed could have been more comfortable, overall prefer the less crowded and better beaches in the south

Cute little place with great view!

Loved the view and the set up was great. It is small, but comfortable. They provided all the essentials as well. Most beautiful sunrise you’ll see!

Perfect size for my boyfriend and I. We celebrated my birthday while in oc and I couldn’t be happier with this unit! Very clean with an amazing view. Would definitely book this place again!

Wonderful stay

Everything was great from the time we arrived. Condo was very clean. Had all necessary amenities and the best view! Condo building has 24 hr lobby personnel. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

✨10 out 10 ✨ Very clean and well maintained . Kitchen has everything needed . The view was absolutely breathtaking , Especially the amazing sunrises (if your into that )… We Had a blast & didn’t want it to end😁 We’ll be back for sure Thank you !!!

Overall satisfied.

The ocean front view was immaculent and the cleanliness of the room was appreciated. The condo was decorated very appropriately and made it feel homely during our stay.

Great for solo traveler. I’ve stayed at the Golden Sands before and really like it. It’s far enough away from the busy boardwalk area but still close enough for all the great restaurants. I’ve never used a Murphy bed before but this one was comfy, albeit a little squeaky. The high chairs on the balcony are great for watching the waves and leaving the door cracked open to hear them at night is sublime. Highly recommended.

Nice place but some issues

The owners don't answer there phone numbers even though they left them for questions or problems it was nice though right by the beach so you can sit on the balcony and watch the waves and close to a bunch of different restaurants and it was very clean when we got there

Very nice, basic studio condo for weekend getaway

The condo was the perfect size for my 6 year old and me for a weekend getaway. The view was amazing. Everything was clean and comfy. Golden Sands staff were very nice. Indoor pool was small, but we basically had it to ourselves in the off-season. As the listing states, the internet access the condo offers is the public internet that is available to the whole building. It is an unsecured network and unsurprisingly did not work at all during our stay. The condo only offers basic cable as well. Neither of those things were big issues for us but am highlighting as they might be for some potential future renters.
