Blending coastal charm with modern comfort, it offers the perfect space to relax, explore, and reconnect. Away from the bustle but close to restaurants, shops, and pristine beaches, the cottage features calming ocean views and inviting decor. The single-acre yard is ideal for kids, while the large stone patio provides outdoor dining and Adirondack chairs for evenings under the stars. A manicured path leads to Long Pong Beach, where you can swim, paddle, and fish. A neighborhood beach with its own path is located right beside the house. Guests can enjoy the included Barnstable Beach Pass, granting access to 15 scenic beaches across the Cape with free parking for one car. Beach chairs and accessories are provided so you can pack light and make the most of your seaside days. The Cape is filled with timeless attractions: windswept beaches, historic lighthouses, bike trails, and coastal villages. Nearby Hyannis offers harbor views, boutique shops, and restaurants like the Black Cat. Foodies can choose from lobster shacks to fine dining, while beer lovers will appreciate Cape Cod Beer and Barnstable Brewing, both less than 10 minutes away. Whether for family fun, a romantic retreat, or simply a break by the water, this cottage is a welcoming base for experiencing the magic of Cape Cod. Great little house!

Beautiful and clean home! We loved our stay. I can imagine it gets a little cramped with a larger group on a rainy day. But each room has their own TV. We loved how close it was to the beach and having the beach pass was worth every penny!

Great little place! Would stay again

Pros: well-stocked with beach equipment, very clean, great location near the beach and had walking path to pond, AC worked well/lots of fans, big outdoor shower, comfortable beds, lots of closet/storage space. Cons: no dining room (have to eat at island or outside at the table), all one floor (maybe would be cramped with a larger group), no kayaks to use with the pond, landscapers were there all weekend

Nice Property in Quiet Neighborhood

Wonderful, private house. Located near Hyannis but far enough away from busy roads that it’s very quiet. Access to Long Pond (shared by neighborhood) is a nice plus.

Comfy beds, great back yard...very well set up. Nice bath....wish it had not rained so we could have enjoyed the outdoor access to the lake. Loved it here.

Great cozy cape

This cottage was perfect and on a little pond with tommy access. I highly recommended this cottage for first time capers or family's. It's quiet, close to beaches, close to everything!! Will definitely be going back!

Lovely home in a really nice secluded area. Home was immaculate and had everything you need for a short get away. Close enough to the shopping and attractions of downtown Hyannis as well as area beaches. Perfect place for a Cape vacation. Thank you!

Excellent in every way

My mom and sister and I were impressed with this immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, thoughtfully stocked with the basics and some nice extras, and perfectly located cottage. After traveling from Minnesota, it was nice to have a "home base" to use to go out exploring Cape Cod. We would highly recommend this cottage.

House was immaculate and had everything you'd need. Grounds were pretty, great access to the pond, just very aesthetically pleasing all around. Close to town, close to the ocean, close to other towns. We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable

Short Visit

Just in town for a three-day visit to the Cape. What a great home to stay in. We truly enjoyed it. And the location was perfect. Central to everywhere we wanted to visit. The home was clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again some time. Thank you!

Beautiful cottage

Beautifully decorated clean cottage for 4 adults and 2 children. All amenities were there. Great if you love to kayak. The lake was right there near the property. Get in the car and drive 10 minutes to Beach.
