Adorable 2-story cottage with granite kitchen, hardwood floors, full bathroom, living room with queen futon and HD TV on first floor with sliders out to stone patio with gas grill and patio set for outdoor dining. Second floor is one spacious bedroom the size of the cottage with a queen bed. Outdoor shower available also. Beach pass included for all Barnstable beaches, internet provided, heat and air conditioning included and pets welcome for a nominal fee. There is a large open yard and off-street parking.

Anniversary getaway

When we arrived Greg had a bottle of Champagne and flowers for my husband and I for our 20th wedding anniversary 💕 Greg was an amazing host, the property was beautiful and just what we wanted for our getaway. It's so close to the beach and downtown hyannis

Fantastic

My wife and I couldn't have had a nicer time staying at this cottage. Our host was fantastic (many thanks) and his tips for the area were much appreciated. The property was great, the location in the area was quiet and convenient. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

A little bit of heaven

Charming cottage fully equipped within walking distance to a magnificent beach. Gracious hosts. Quiet neighborhood with fine dining and shopping nearby. You’ll want to stay longer and come again!

Great location

Great location and wonderful hosts! We were close to everything yet out of the hustle and bustle. Beach access was priceless! Our dogs loved the yard and walking close by.

Amazing experience! Perfect for the two of us and our furry friends!

Loved staying at the cottage! Comfortable accommodations and Greg was very attentive and willing to help with anything! Outdoor shower is definitely the best part!

Cottage close to beach

This is our second time staying at this cottage. It's convenient, comfortable, and the hosts are attentive. This trip we saw the herring run in West Dennis. There are so many sights and activities within driving distance.

Cosy at the Cape

Great cottage in an amazing location on the Cape. Greg and Maureen are wonderful hosts who want to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Walk to the beach, short drive to ferries and shopping. Cottage has everything you need for great holiday.

Place was so cute just what we were looking for. Bonus got to bring the dog. Greg is very nice. Weather was rainy but beach is close by. Would love to stay again.

Great location!

Cute little beach cottage in walking distance to the beach and pretty central location. Friendly checkin with the owner. Nice space with good amount of amenities, mini split units for A/C, and nice yard for my dogs. I wasn’t a fan of the bed (a little too firm for me), but maybe some people like firm beds!

Great cottage

Greg and Maureen were great. The cottage was warm and inviting and has everything you need. Our dogs Harwich and Chatam loved it! We will be back

Great Hosts!!!!!

Greg and Maureen were super hosts. They were great with our dogs and played in the yard with them. The advice they gave about local restaurants was perfect. The beach was so close you could totally walk there. We would love to revisit the area.

Beach day anyone?

The property was amazing. Greg took the time and discussed the history of how the cottage became a piece of the property. And who used it. The beach is literally a very short walk (even shorter car drive). Stores were readily available if needed. Thank you Greg and Maureen for the relaxing stay!!!!!! Much needed.

Just what we needed for a long weekend!

The house was great. This was our first time in Cape Cod, for a wedding. Greg was super attentive and always quick to respond. We've never stayed at a house on someone's property before, but it wasn't weird at all. Perfect for just the two of us for a long weekend and loved being able to just walk 5 minutes right over to the beach access.

Visiting for Amica Marthon in Newport,RI

Cottage was cute and clean and great location. Had to knock on owner's door at 9pm when we arrived because despite attempts to reach owner, we were not answered, nor given check-in instructions. Owner was home and readily got us into the cottage.
