Adorable 2-story cottage with granite kitchen, hardwood floors, full bathroom, living room with queen futon and HD TV on first floor with sliders out to stone patio with gas grill and patio set for outdoor dining. Second floor is one spacious bedroom the size of the cottage with a queen bed. Outdoor shower available also. Beach pass included for all Barnstable beaches, internet provided, heat and air conditioning included and pets welcome for a nominal fee. There is a large open yard and off-street parking.

The location was great. The host was the best. The beach pass really makes the trip worth. It would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone I know.

The cottage was exactly what we needed for our small family and dog. It was clean and tidy and the location couldn't have been better. Greg was responsive and accommodating. We'll be looking forward to booking again next year!

Greg and his wife were the perfect hosts. They did everything to make us comfortable. This included leaving firewood in case we wanted to light an outdoor fire. It's close to everything and also quiet. I really appreciate that they over a place that's reasonably priced for the area they are in. I would return there and highly recommend this cute spot.

The individual heating/cooling units kept us comfortable both upstairs and down. Hosts were so helpful answering questions about our travels.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location was great — quiet and peaceful, with nice walks nearby — and the VRBO itself was so adorably decorated. The fresh flowers left for us were such a thoughtful touch. We honestly wouldn’t have anything to add or fix; everything we needed was there. We really loved it and will definitely be back. Thank you! Our dog says thank you, too!

Excellent location for the beach. Host and family friendly. Everything you need for a stay is provided, not like some rentals we've had. Will go again.

Excellent trip away for 2 plus dog

Exceptional value and service from host! Minutes to the ocean located in a quaint neighborhood. Pet friendly with a large yard and neighborhood to walk your dog. Very clean and comfortable cottage.
