Very cute property. Was quiet and peaceful. Loved having the water right there and being able to have fires at night. Opportunities for fishing, hiking and rafting or river tubing. Very enjoyable stay.

Wonderfully communicative and responsive host. A delightful property, very clean, rustic without being uncomfortable, with great water views from the porch and access with a stable dock with kayaks and canoe for being out on the quiet of Lower Wilson Pond. The south view gets good sun most of the day without being too hot under the tree cover. Not far from Greenville, in case you forgot anything, but far enough that it feels private.

We loved the spot but it needs some sunlight. It’s dark all the time. Only sun is in driveway or on dock. Other than that it was a beautiful spot. We had a great time.

The cabin was cute and had a cozy feel, but it was much smaller than we expected. The bathroom in particular was extremely tiny. The shower itself was especially small. My husband is 6 feet tall and could barely fit comfortably in the shower, and since I’m petite, the mirror was hung so high that I couldn’t even see myself in it.Unfortunately, the cleanliness could definitely use improvement. There were a lot of cobwebs throughout the cabin, quite a bit of dust, and the shower curtain was torn. The master bedroom also had no real place to store clothes. There were no dressers or other storage options, which made it difficult to unpack and keep our belongings organized during the stay.We were also disappointed with some of the outdoor equipment. One of the kayak seats was broken, and the canoe was very old and did not feel sturdy or safe to use.Overall, the cabin has potential, and we did think it was cute, but it would benefit from a much more thorough cleaning, some basic maintenance and updates, better storage in the bedroom, and better upkeep of the recreational equipment. Clearer expectations regarding the size of the cabin would also be helpful.
