The very spacious dining room offers a dining table to seat 5 guests.
Both bedrooms are carpeted to keep you warm and cozy in the winter months! The master bedroom has sliding glass doors to the back deck providing a beautiful view of the lake with a king bed and ceiling fan. There is a full bathroom with granite tile and bathtub/ shower combo located next to the master. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk bed set, ceiling fan and plenty of space for the queen air mattress. There is bathroom located in the hallway next to this bedroom with a shower and washer/dryer.
The backyard faces the lake with a nice flat grass and sand pit area, great for outdoor family games! After a game in the sand or a day on the Lake, rinse off the lake water or sand in your shoes at the outdoor shower head before entering the house.
This home is located in a private residential neighborhood, yet two blocks away is the downtown Village with plenty of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, shopping and entertainment for the whole family. Big Bear Marina is a very short walk from the house, where you can rent a boat, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing charters and purchase a fishing license for just one day or for the whole season. Pine Knot Marina is also very close, a few blocks down the road.
