This was the best experience I have had with a short term rental. The place was well located just outside the city. It was close to Walmart and sam for our arrival gathering supplies didnt take long or much time from our vacation. The property itself was spacious with 2 complete sets of laundry, 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and lots of entertainment from the video games, to the pool, to the pool table outside. Just an amazing place that accommodated most of our basketball ball team simple amazing.

This property was perfect for our trip to Vegas. We had 4 families sharing the space from grandparents to a six month old and everyone loved it. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and adults. It was so hot out that we were glad it was not heated.The kitchen was also great, it was well appointed and had ample space for cooking and storing everything. It was also nice that they had an air fryer.We had a few issues with missing garbage bags and our code not working, but in both cases when I messaged the owners, they answered within minutes and corrected things. Considering the size and the pool, even being further off the strip it felt so worth the money and everyone in our party agreed!

The Front Yard makes a poor impression when there’s trash all around and dead plants. The Jacuzzi is a major inconvenience if to turn it on you have to text the host. When approaching the front door, The exposed dual AC unit radiate even more heat than the weather. After paying close to 2000 for a non-busy weekend Two out of three bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper on the roll and just had 2 extra rolls in another bathroom: that will last your large group a single day. Cheap pool sticks, scratched up nonstick pans. Crappy shower curtains that keep falling; Because of the late check-in (4pm) and early checkout time 10am. You will lose out on seven hours of your 48 hours stay. These places need to take a day between each Rental to properly check and reset; that loss of a single day would benefit the experience and still make them more than enough money in a single month. I chose this Rental because they seem to have a more relaxed checkout time. This was not the case for me.
