The host was very nice, easy to communicate with. When something was wrong with the comforters, she immediately ordered new ones. There are several shops nearby and its really close to the river and about 2 to 3 miles from Pawleys Island Beach.

The property owner be up all night looking at the camera an seeing what people doing.....I will never book this property again

All I did was check to make sure you were able to access the unit. That’s when I saw you being seven total guests to my home as opposed to the 2 you booked for. That’s the only time I looked at the external camera. And then you further decided to disrespect my home by bringing a dog in when we have a strict no pet policy and he ended up peeing all over our back sunroom. I also had to reach out to you when you were parked in my neighbors dedicated parking spot. I hope in the future you learn to treat other peoples homes with dignity and respect and fix your character as a person. What a shame.

The property had some positives, the backyard view was beautiful, the living room was comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful through messaging. She provided great food recommendations, and the binder with Wi-Fi information and local suggestions was a nice touch.However, we had some concerns during our stay. There was an unusual smell when we arrived, we encountered bugs inside the home, and there was a closet door that appeared to already be damaged. We did not make a big issue of these things during our stay because we were still able to enjoy the home and did not need to use the closets.There was also conflicting checkout information, as the host messaged the morning of stated a 10 a.m. checkout while the house binder listed 11 a.m.We cleaned before checkout by washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, gathering towels, removing trash, and sweeping the floors. The only checkout instruction provided was to take out the trash, which we completed. After checkout, we were surprised to receive a cleaning charge and a damage claim for over 700 that we do not agree with.The home had some enjoyable features, but the cleanliness concerns, communication issues, and post-checkout dispute affected our overall experience. I recommend future guests document the condition of the property upon arrival.

Tatyana we were charged the additional cleaning fee due to the condition you left our home in. The marijuana smell was so overwhelming and we had to cancel our next reservation to give it days to air out. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, but hope next time you be a bit more considerate. Also check out is at 10am as it is shown on the reservation.
