Great host and perfect place to stay! House is the perfect size, clean and has everything you need. Master king bed was super comfortable. The golf carts and ease of getting to stores, restaurants and the beach make this a special place. The host forgot to change the door lock code before our arrival but a quick text exchange with Eric and it was taken care of. Thanks for having us at your home Eric!

Clean, neat house with everything we needed. Only drawback was the housekeeper still being there after 4 when we were supposed to check in. We had to wait until 4:45 and were uncomfortable after traveling. We needed to use the facilities and get drinks of water.

Beautiful house. Very nice layout. Golf carts were an amazing addition that made beach going a breeze. Host has quick replies to any questions. Would stay again.

Great location and use of the golf carts was awesome. Quiet neighborhood and you can bike or take the golf carts to the grocery and a number of restaurants.

Such a wonderful house! This felt like someone's home as apposed to a vacation house. There is everything you need in the house. All of the vacation homes we have stayed in, in the past, were underwhelming compared to the pictures, but this house far exceeded the photos. The two golf carts were an absolute bonus. We really loved the back screened in porch. Many evenings we were able to hear the barred owls in the woods behind the house. To mention, a kayak/canoe was listed in the amenities, but there is none, it is a local activity. Eric was very helpful with everything, he even reached out to a neighbor to help us with something. Overall, an excellent stay. Thank you, we had a lovely, relaxing week in your home!

I can’t say enough nice things about our stay. The house was so cozy and clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had every utensil and small appliance you could ask for (Wok, toaster, coffee pot, crock pot). The couch was very comfortable and large enough for 4 adults with room to spare. The shower heads were the perfect height for us (we are tall). We also brought our dog and he was very comfortable in the house as well, and enjoyed watching the squirrels from the screened in porch. Little things like Kleenex in every room (allergies), hand soap at every sink and throws on the couch was so nice! Eric and Anita were great with communication and response time. Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

Comfortable home, in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, close to all Pawleys Island activities. Having two golf carts to get back and forth to the beach is an excellent perk with this rental. The host was easy to contact, helpful and responded quickly. We hope to come back soon!! Highly recommended.

Great location. Easy access to the beach and other areas of Pawleys Island. Property is just as pictured. Eric was very easy to work with and responded promptly. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, cozy, and in a fantastic location close to the beach. We did have a small hiccup during check‑in, but Eric and Anita went out of their way to make things right. Their support made all the difference, and we truly appreciated it. Overall, a wonderful experience and a place we’d recommend.

If you are looking for a nice and quiet place to get away, this home is the place for you. Amidst all the changes over the past 37 years we have witnessed since coming to the beaches in this area, we were able to come "home" to a comfortable place and enjoy peace and quiet away from what some might call "progress" or "the busyness of life". It was conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Every area of the home offered a place to enjoy and relax. Our favorites were the screened porch and the corner office room. For the first time since using Vrbo, we both slept good. The master bed's mattress was very comfortable! The home was nestled in a quiet subdivision that was safe to ride bikes, walk, or use the golf cart that was available to us. The host and hostess made sure we had access to all that we needed and responded quickly to our questions. They were exceptionally understanding when we somehow forgot to remember to remove all our belongings from the refrigerator prior to leaving (we both thought the other one had done it). Anyway, our lodging made the trip worth remembering and we are looking forward to staying here again when we come back to the area.

Great house and location!

This place was just what we were looking for. Close access to the beach and in a nice, safe neighborhood. We would definitely rent this place again.

I love the location, in quiet and seemed safe neighborhood but convenient to restaurants and grocery and easily goft cart drive to the beach. The house was very clean, well maintenance, and provided everything you basically need. Love the stay.

This is a great place and neighbor hood to stay at. Very quiet and golf carts were a great way to get to the beach. The only negative thing I can say is that we stayed two weeks and not much place to put your groceries with all of the food in the cabinets. I would stay there again, because of location and neighborhood is great

Thank you for the feedback. We have cleaned out a lot of the food stored in the pantry and there is plenty of storage now for longer stays.
