Sunset Haven at Yachtsman sits in a peaceful, less-crowded area on the intercoastal, just minutes from the beach and a 5-minute drive to the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. The peacefulness of the intercoastal, with close, easy access to the beach, docks, and town, truly offers the best of both worlds from sunrise to sunset.

You can start your mornings with a sunrise walk to the beach, enjoy beach activities throughout the day, and grab ice cream at the north end pier. This place was a hidden gem. The rooms were huge. We had the best of both worlds. The marina and the beach right around the corner. The kids enjoyed the pool. Todd was the best. Will be staying again.

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s place in Carolina Beach! She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and incredibly well stocked. There were so many thoughtful little extras throughout the home that made our stay feel especially comfortable and welcoming.The sound-side location was absolutely gorgeous—honestly, we thought the views were even prettier than the beach! The community was peaceful and inviting, and the regular residents were extremely friendly. We also really enjoyed the clean, well-maintained pool.Melanie was a fantastic host, and it was clear that she put a great deal of care into making her guests feel at home. We had everything we could possibly need and more. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Carolina Beach!

I stayed 5 nights with my husband and Mom at this beautiful condo. The location was great, located right on the intercoastal and a short walk to the beach. Note that there is no elevator in the building, so being on the first floor up made it easy to bring in suitcases and groceries. We spent a lot of time on the large deck watching the boats go by. The condo was clean and FULLY stocked. The beds and bedding are comfy and fresh. The second bedroom is huge with multiple beds and its own little deck to watch sunsets. The pool is convenient and clean. We met a handful of neighbors who were so friendly and helpful. Melanie was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and always available. Keyless check in was a breeze. Two assigned parking spots made parking a dream. I would most certainly rent from Melanie again and I highly recommend that you do too!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this condo in Carolina Beach. The property is located on the sound side, and the views from the balcony were absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax in the evening while watching the boats go by.The condo itself was very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We immediately felt at home.One of the best features was the location. Even though it’s on the sound side, the beach was only about a two-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy both the sound and the ocean.The pool was clean, well kept, and a great place to cool off after a day at the beach. We also loved having access to the dock, which was perfect for fishing or launching kayaks and paddleboards.The only minor drawback we encountered was the parking. The condo includes two assigned parking spaces, which was appreciated. The front parking space was convenient and easy to access. However, if you’re bringing a second vehicle, the rear parking space can be a bit challenging to reach because the driveway leading to the back of the property is fairly tight. This is something to keep in mind if you drive a larger SUV or truck.Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with beautiful views, great amenities, and easy access to everything.
