Great location for walking to beach and boardwalk area. Tight quarters (not enough room to fully pull out the trundle bed with the other furniture in the room). Appeared clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. Nice host who is trying her best to deal with the neighbor that smokes.

Pillows were lumpy but overall a nice place to stay, quiet and convenient to shops, food, and the beach.

From the Owner: "Pillows are definitely a matter of personal preference, which is why I provide several different options and styles. You’ll also find extras in the closets so you can choose the one that’s most comfortable for you."

Just what you need for the beach

The condo was a perfect launching place for a relaxed beach vacation. We could easily walk to and from the beach and boardwalk multiple times a day. The place was just the right size for what we needed and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed eating on the covered porch/deck and having access to the pool.

Great Rental in Carolina Beach

This property was clean and smelled fresh when we entered on the first day. They supply everything you need for cooking. The proximity to the beach & amusement parks is great. Also several restaurants in walking distance so there is no need to drive around all day. 10 minutes from Fort Fisher aquarium.

Everything was really cozy. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to everything. The tv gave us problems the whole time and the top bunk was really hard to get up to and was very wobbly but other than that everything was great. We had to buy garbage bags and tp because there wasn’t enough for a week stay with 4 ppl.

Messy and a little scatterbrained

Not up to par for the price. Could be a lot cleaner and the instructions should be more clear, especially for initial access.
