Common entrance, Shared laundry located in basement. 1st floor living area, King bed bedroom 2nd floor via spiral stiarcase, Living/kitchen combo. Mini splits for heat and AC in living room and bed room



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the whole apartment. The building has 6 apartments in total with quiet and respectful neighbors. Please abide by our quiet hours of 10pm-8am so that everyone may enjoy their stay

Historic, scenic, peaceful. The quaint Corn Hill Neighborhood is nestled away in a quiet corner of Rochester. Close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and great walking Many old brick homes have been beautifully converted and some remain as elegant, single-family homes. Cornhill is Rochester's oldest neighborhood



Other Things to Note:

Some stairs required, Parking is assigned and guests MUST park in assigned spot. No Smoking, No parties, No events.
