With Wi-Fi, AC, and heating, microwave and mini fridge, guests can relax in this marvelous space. Enjoy all that Rochester has to offer when you stay at our place. Just 2 minutes to the express way and 20 minutes to most major locations. Only 8 miles and 14 min from the ROC airport! Were just a short walk from Ellison Park for fun walking trails and relaxation. Also, a short walk from a new brewery called "Rising Storm Brewing". We offer a cute lil coffee/tea station for you too!

Hosts were very personable & highly responsive to our questions, yet they gave us all the privacy we needed. The location was ideal, close to highways & the various places we visited.

Cute and clean room with everything we needed for a great home base. Little things like having some plastic ware by the coffee station were a nice touch and came in handy with the leftovers we had. Convenient location.

Very convenient to downtown Rochester and eastern communities. Quiet and relaxing, perfect for 2 for a short trip or longer if like to eat out or plan simple meals. Hosts friendly and communicated very well about everything!

Comfortable and cozy space. Very clean and was provided with everything needed for my stay. Hosts were very pleasant. I would definitely stay again when visiting the Rochester area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Shawna and Scott's in Rochester. I was visiting family in the area and I needed a studio that was convenient to downtown yet private and quiet. Their place is perfect. The communication was excellent and everything I needed was provided. I would definitely stay here again.

While we spent most of our time off-property visiting with friends, we welcomed and appreciated the quietness of the space, its excellent location, and the overall sense that the property owners care very much about providing a comfortable, non-intrusive experience. The coffee bar is a nice touch!

Newly renovated room was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable but is high and in a corner making it a challenge for one guest getting in and out. Definitely a rental for those with no mobility issues. Conveniently located to shopping and downtown Rochester. Be careful backing out driveway onto main road. Hosts are lovely people and very kind. We felt safe and secure.

This quiet, cozy offering by S & S Homestead was a delight. Very laid back, hosts were friendly and had a caring disposition during my entire stay. Room was exceptionally clean. Fridge, microwave, and coffee bar added to a well managed rental.No more hotels on any future Rochester visits. My schedule will revolve around the availability of this gem.

Excellent hosts that are really into homesteading with gardens, chickens, quail, composting and recycling. Surprised that the location was so close to everything but still in a nicely wooded area. Spent plenty of time in the screened-in patio right out the door from the room, that overlooked Shawna’s garden. Really nice shower and thick towels. In room Keurig coffee maker with quite a selection of flavors. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Cute studio apartment in a rustic home conveniently located near Brighton / Penfield. Easy access to expressway and short drive to pick up groceries / supplies or visit the local shops and restaurants. The room is clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our trip and would return again.

Everything about my experience was amazing, the space is clean and easy to access and is such a cute property! The host is also super sweet and I can tell they place a lot of heart into creating a wonderful experience for every guest! The host was also super detailed with instructions- which I love!

Quiet, clean, cozy, comfortable VRBO! It is like having an apartment on a little homestead, actually, that’s what it is. Perfect for single traveler or a couple. Host make you feel like a welcome guest, great communication and they have created a great spot to stay at!

This stay is clean. The host has done many touches to make you comfortable. The host provides coffee and other little touches that shows they want to make your stay comfortable. The location is convenient to many places. The host communicates with you and available for anything you need.

Nestled in the woods. This a great room for the minimalist in mind , for those who travel light and love nature.
