Quiet and lovely setting in Estes Park very close to Rocky Mountain National Park entrances. The house is in a lovely setting and near to town. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Renters should note that the bathroom is on the first floor and bedrooms are up a cut spiral staircase on the second floor, so may be a consideration for those who get up at night. Communication was easy, thorough and fast.

We loved our stay. Quick access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Leah was a thoughtful and attentive property owner. Everything with check in was easy. The cabin is comfortable, and I preferred being a little removed from the town proper but just a short drive from everything we needed. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs are twisty and might be a challenge for the elderly.

This cozy A-frame was the perfect basecamp and it was so close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. The kitchen had everything we needed to easily cook all our meals at home, which made the trip feel so relaxed. The setting is beautiful and surrounded by nature. We got to spot wild turkeys, deer, chipmunks, and even a couple of bears right nearby! Huge thanks to the property manager for being so responsive and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed every minute.

The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We had 3 adults and felt there was plenty of space. Excellent location- easy access to park and downtown. We give Leah a 10 star review for her responsiveness- she is great!!

Cute little place. I didn’t realize places in Colorado didn’t have AC so that was a little bit to get used to and it was definitely hot upstairs. She did offer extra fans but if it’s hot be prepared for that. The spiral staircase was a little difficult to get suitcases upstairs. House was stocked very well. Good location. We seen deer in the backyard.

Very clean and cute. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms all have everything needed. Close to the YMCA, which was ideal for us. The host was very helpful and even let us know as soon as the cabin was available so we got to check in early. The staircase was a little difficult for my 4 year-old, which we expected because of the description given, just a heads up for parents. There is a bear-proof outdoor trash can, and bear spray in the cabin, so I feel like I should have seen at least 1 bear, but no such luck. Everything else was perfect :).

Great cozy A frame cottage for my friend& my niece & me. We only stayed one night, but it was perfect for our needs. Would definitely book again!

Perfect location to RMNP and downtown Estes. It was a bit away from the hustle of downtown which we loved. Adorable house, clean, and very comfortable.

Property was clean and well stocked.The cabin was cozy and in my opinion, 4 people, whether a mix of kids and adults or just adults, would be the max for comfortability. Location to town and activities was great. Overall, I would recommend this property as it was exactly as advertised and Leah was a very responsive and friendly host.

The stay was awesome. The property was exactly as described. Leah was amazing with communication and happy to provide suggestions about our stay in Estes Park. We were able to watch deer, humming birds, and chipmunks from the porches. It was a great stay!
