With calm creek access to the Potomac River, cozy gathering. spaces, and fast WiFi, Vista Cove is designed for relaxing family getaways and waterfront weekends with friends. The living room features a large sectional and oversized TV, creating a comfortable space for movie nights, games, or relaxing after a day outside. Large windows and sliding doors connect the indoor spaces to the water-facing outdoor areas.

The home is on well water and septic, so we ask guests to be mindful of usage during their stay.

The dock and waterfront areas are for enjoyment but can be slippery or uneven. Please use caution, especially with children, and note that all water activities are at your own risk. We recommend wearing water shoes when walking in the water.

Cell service can vary by carrier, but WiFi is provided throughout the home.

Please note that there are two external security cameras on the property, both attached to the exterior of the home. One in the front yard and one over the back patio.

This is a peaceful area—perfect for relaxing and unwinding—but not suited for parties or large events.
