The main living area is warm and welcoming, with a comfortable leather sofa, two accent chairs, a large TV, coastal artwork, and a fireplace that adds charm to the space. Sliding glass doors open to a private deck overlooking mature trees , landscaped green space, and serene water views Spring Lake. It is the perfect spot for morning coffee, an evening drink, or a quiet moment after a day at the beach.

The dining area offers seating for six and sits beside large glass windows that fill the room with natural light. Just off the dining space, the kitchen is clean, bright, and well equipped for vacation living, with granite countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a convenient pass-through counter.

The home includes two attractive sleeping areas. The primary bedroom has a polished coastal feel, with a comfortable bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, dresser storage, bedside lighting, and sliding glass doors that bring in natural light. Our typical place on Silver Lake was booked for the weekend so we took a gamble. Jeff’s place was wonderful, great views, comfortable, and also right at a little lake. The space for 4 of us was perfect and we had a great time even with all the rain!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Rehoboth Beach and staying here! The condo was conveniently located from the town center - just a short, easy drive. The accommodations were beautiful, well stocked kitchen, lovely deck to enjoy morning coffee and a relaxing view. Jeff was very informative with any questions we had. We would stay here again!

By far one of the most clean, welcoming and comfortable condos we’ve stayed at in Rehoboth. It’s very accessible to Rehoboth, Lewes, and Dewey. Jeff’s condo is just as described. We had our toddler with us and it was the perfect size and set up for the three of us. I loved how new, thoughtful and fresh the decor was. I’d stay again and recommend the property to friends/family.

We had a great stay at Spring Lake. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed and the property was in a great location. Being pet friendly was wonderful and the community people were all very friendly. The pool area was conveniently located and clean. The hosts were kind and responded quickly to any issues.

Jeff and Jeff are fantastic hosts and the property is in a wonderful community close to everything! I appreciated the walkability, easy parking, that it was very dog friendly. Jeff & Jeff were extremely responsive, kind and helpful. Thanks again!

This house was perfect for our family of 4 plus our small dog- clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured/ described. The hosts stocked basic items like dish soap/ sponge and even had a vacuum cleaner to deal with the sand. We had a great time and would love to stay here again!

We loved staying here! It was so clean! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, wine opener, utensils, and anything you needed to cook up a great meal! The host was so responsive with messages also. We will definitely be looking to rebook this property in the future! It was also in a great location. A 5 minute drive to the rehoboth board walk!

Great condo in Rehoboth! Easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood and great pool to enjoy. The unit was super clean, well stocked and communication/check in was a breeze. A short drive to DE Turf in Frederica for any families looking for an alternative to hotels by the fields.We’ll be back! Thank you!!

For nearly 30 years, Jeff and I have shared a love of travel and adventure. Over the years, we have traveled together at least twice a year, exploring more than 40 U.S. states, nine European countries, Canada, much of Central America and Mexico, nearly all of the Caribbean islands, Australia, New Zealand, and more. We still have plenty on our bucket list, especially South America destinations like Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay, as well as Southeast Asia, including Vietnam and Thailand.

Wherever we travel, we love discovering local hangouts, exploring the natural beauty of an area through places like national parks, and, of course, trying the local cuisine. Some of our favorite experiences so far include driving along The Great Ocean Road in Australia, visiting the secluded beaches of New Zealand, seeing the glaciers and mountain peaks of Alaska, exploring the volcanoes of Hawaii, and spending time in the Andalusia region of Spain. Closer to home, we also love Coastal Maine and places like Acadia National Park. One of the things we look forward to most in retirement is having the freedom to travel even more — and perhaps even spend time living abroad for part of the year.

The community is surrounded by beautiful green space with scenic views of Spring Lake, walking trails, and a quiet natural setting that feels tucked away from the crowds. It’s a great location for beach days, outdoor walks, and relaxing evenings close to nature.

We love that guests can enjoy a peaceful, natural setting without feeling far from restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the beach — and in many cases, without needing a car.
