We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, including the condition of the ceilings, musty smell in the downstairs bathroom, frequent kitchen fire alarm activations, broken blinds and curtains, stained ceilings, the broken chair on the deck, and the single mini split AC unit for four floors. Please know that the unit is fresh, clean, and inviting, as reflected in many of our previous guest reviews. The AC setup is typical for New England homes, and the musty smell you noticed can often be quickly alleviated by opening a window to allow fresh air in. We appreciate your detailed feedback and will be sharing it with our Lead Housekeeper. We will also arrange a visit to the property to address these concerns and improve the home for future guests.
