Great Family Get away

So close to the beach, plus a swimming pool! So much fun to stay here while visiting relatives in Carpinteria!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hale! Very clean and comfortable, nice light and good vibes and has a well-stocked kitchen which I loved. We would stay here again!

Awesome rental!

This is a great vacation rental! It's perfectly located across from the beach, and there's a pool and hot tub on site. The management is very attentive your needs. Great place to stay!!!

Great stay

Great 2 bedroom and 2 bath appears to be newly remodeled. Very close to the beach. Plenty of room for the family, great accommodations!

Great beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Carpinteria. The condo was clean, with nice upgrades, and just a short walk from the beach. A perfect spot for our family of four.

Great location and awesome place

This is our 2nd year staying at this location. It is always clean and ready for our stay. It fits our family needs perfectly. The location is amazing. Just an easy walk to the beach and close to the town.

Great stay

The condo was clean and comfortable. The pools and hot tub are a nice addition. Hot tub use is now for everyone over age 6 and above. The only thing I would be aware of is you can hear noise from the first floor of the unit on the second floor quite easily, but we made do. Overall, a very nice stay and we'd be happy to return.

Convenient location.

We really like this place. We’ve stayed multiple times because the location is great (walkable to the beach, the marsh, and stores and restaurants) and the unit is clean and mostly well stocked—it just needs more dish towels!

The location to the beach is excellent. The suite is so cute, comfy, and well stocked with everything you need. The check in was super easy.

Perfect for a family getaway

This property was perfect for our family weekend. It was one of the few recently renovated rentals we found in Carpinteria and had everything we needed. It was extremely clean and well-appointed, plus the location couldn’t have been better 1/2 block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and a large open park. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was amazing - a block from the beach. Modern furnishings and comfortable.

Property was good. Wifi was terrible and a little dirty. Location was great.
