We have stayed here twice. Great location, comfortable beds, and very clean. Fans in every closet which was appreciated with our visit during warmer temps.

The condo was fantastic. Beds were comfy, linens were all great quality. The balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. No AC but honestly, it wasn't necessary. Plenty of fans and great air flow with a nice ocean breeze! Carp is a great place to walk, bike, hike and enjoy the beach!

Host was wonderful and easy to. Communicate with. Condo was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and had all kitchen needs.Only thing was you had to go through a bedroom to get to the bathrooms. Overall we had a wonderful time.

The condo was clean, well stocked and spacious. The complex was also clean and quiet. It was a short walk to the beach, which was easily accessible. The beds were comfy, and the showers had good pressure. The area had lots of options for eating and shopping. It’s a clean, safe area that our teens could wander without worry. We’re hoping to stay there again :)

The townhouse style condo is in a quiet location, making it a perfect place for those who appreciate a peaceful setting. It requires one set of stairs to get to the front door, and another set to reach the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom. The decor is thoughtfully done, lighting is good. Fans are provided in the bedrooms and the living room has two ceiling fans. I don't believe there is AC.The kitchen is large, nicely stocked (although we brought our own coffee maker since they have just the capsule style maker).We came as two couples and enjoyed the privacy afforded having two levels for the bedrooms. Very walkable, although, I believe the distance to the beach is more like 150 steps.

Great Comfortable Stay By The Beach

The place was clean, comfortable and convenient within a block from the beach. The host was responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to our next trip to the area, where we can enjoy staying by the beach.

Paradise Retreat was a wonderful place to stay! Crystal was wonderful to work with. She even let us check in early. The house was clean and stocked well. It was so close to walk to everything and the beaches were amazing!! We will defiantly return again!

Clean property. Plenty of beach toys and towels. Just a few steps to the beach. It was easy communicating with the owner. We would stay here again next time.

The place was perfect for our needs and clean! Loved that it was just steps away from the beach. The only feedback I would give along with all our guests, is have either celling fans or box fans in the bedrooms. The rooms get really warm.

Great location!

Crystal is a wonderful host and was very easy to get a hold of before and during our stay with any questions. We love the location because we were able to walk everywhere during our vacation. The condo is very clean and cozy and worked out well for our family of 6. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy time in Carpinteria, it is our family’s favorite place to vacation

The place is great and the communication could not have been better. The only reason I did not rate the stay 5* is because the beds are really hard and the shower situation is difficult to navigate and still have privacy.

Really great stay!

This is a really nice place to stay. It was clean, nicely decorated, with comfortable furniture and beds. The host really went the extra mile by providing everything needed for the beach. We had boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, everything. We will definitely stay here again. I
