This first-floor modern studio at Scandinavian Lodge is a choice destination for your next Steamboat Springs adventure. Take in peaceful valley views as you sip morning coffee on the private balcony, then head to the community sauna to kickstart your morning. Stroll to the Thunderhead Express ski lift, then unwind in the shared heated pool and hot tub after a day on the slopes. Downtown is a short drive away for leisurely après ski.

Unwind into vacation mode in the welcoming living area, furnished with a plush queen-size sleeper sofa and matching armchair. Light the gas fireplace, then find your favorite shows on the 42” TV. Channel your inner chef in the kitchen, updated with a full suite of modern appliances. Plenty of cookware and gadgets make meal preparation simple. When it's time to eat, the dining table seats four to home-cooked meals.

This studio sleeps up to four guests on a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bright bathroom holds a sparkling tub/shower combination.

Breathe in the fresh mountain air on your private balcony. Sip fresh coffee while you admire the tranquil forest vista. Head down to the community sauna, located just steps from your door. The heated 7'-deep pool is also a short stroll. Relax and restore in the hot tub, then fire up the gas grills and host a cookout.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a ski locker, and coin-operated laundry facilities.

Great Experience!

We had a great experience. The space was incredibly clean and functional. The location to the mountain was super close and easy to access. We were even able to check in early which was super helpful and made our trip even smoother. We will book again. Thank you.

Great location - great condo

Just as pictured but with a few good surprises. The hot tub was super hot and clean. The pool was heated and we were able to swim even though it was 10 degrees outside. Also there was a dry sauna we used. Access to slopes was a short walk away. The perfect spot for a ski vacation!!!

Great location

Nice, cozy studio. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the hot tubs and pool. Very convenient location for skiing. Worked well to drop off equipment, then walk back up. Lift attendant even stashed my walking boots for me. Only negative was room temperature can’t be controlled. Likely because the sauna is under the room.

Host cancelled on us without reason when we were mid flight to steamboat. We were left scrambling to find a new condo and ended up staying in a motel for one night while we found a new condo. The better business bureau will be contacted regarding their business practices. Ironically, after the host cancelled the dates we had reserved were blocked by the host for maybe a friend or family.

Double Fees

The property is as listed. My issue is that I booked through Vacasa, but somehow because it is also listed through VRBO, I paid double fees. I am not happy. This is not a problem with the rental, but a big concern with rental sites.

Vacasa is a terrible manager. With snide, passive aggressive twits texting me when I asked them not to. We asked for a late checkout because my family was very sick and had no place to go until checkin at another hotel. The service person seemed to relish kicking a child with the flu out into the snow instead of helping us when we needed true help. The check out time was 10:00, all we needed was a couple hours. I will never use vacasa again.

Local Steamboat Vacasa personnel

I won't review the home since I own it but I did want to let Vacasa know that I could not be more impressed with the local Vacasa personnel in Steamboat. Hunter, Drew and Ben are 3 of the most responsive and helpful people I've ever encountered...period. If there's an issue, they are on it immediately until resolved. They are so good that I fear they will be promoted soon but in the mean time until that happens I love having them to call on.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very small studio. Nice quiet location with views. Better for a fall or winter trip. No bike storage and no AC, with the only window that opens, a sliding door the south. Clean but sparse. Expect it to be more of a hotel experience than condo. Limited linens, kitchen set up, and paper products. Best for two people but not ideal for a romantic getaway.

Great place for a long weekend

Nice studio. Appliances newer, well equipped kitchen. Patio overlooks the pool. Comfy bed. No AC (as mentioned in the listing) and warm weather but the provided fans cooled things down at night. Nice place, we would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great. Great location, although in the late ski season, the skiers’ direct access was not available. We only had to walk about 200 yards down the road to the Thunderhead Lift, which avoids the crowded Steamboat base. The ditectiins both to the property and To access the property were very detailed. The condo was comfortable. All of the ammenities. Clean. A bit fated, but cute and comfy. The hot tub sign up was easy and nice to have after skiing. I was not able to get connected to the WiFi, so I messaged the number on the check-in email and received an immediate text back. Great service from Turnkey representatives. I thought I left behind an item, and Turnkey immediately messaged the cleaning company and stayed in contact with me. The stay was great.. but the service was outstanding!!
