The Location of this condo is great. Close to sking and shoping. The unit is clean and cozy, and has a mountain cabin feel to it. The amenities are awesome.

The two bedroom two bath department was amazing, very comfortable. We could walk to the quicksilver lift with no problem. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights at this property. Location was perfect, right on south end of Main Street with access to all the restaurants, shopping, nightlife. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Would definitely stay here again.

It Has It All! We loved everything about this lovely condo. It’s spotless, comfortable, and so convenient to shopping, hiking, restaurants, and more. Check in was speedy, as was check out. We’ll stay here again when back in Breckenridge.

Great Breckenridge location

Perfect location at the end of Main Street and ealking distance to shopping and restaurants. Condo was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Definitely will be going back.

Nice condo. Great view, Clean, so close to Main Street. Check in was quick and easy, we were even able to get in early. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again

Great family ski trip!

Location is awesome and the condo is spacious. Parking is very convenient. You can walk to breakfast, restaurants, shopping, etc. We drove to the gondola and parked there each morning which was easy. The hot tub and heated pool was nice after hitting the slopes. Would for sure stay here again!

We loved the whole condo! It was clean, spacious and centrally located so getting to everything was easy! Everything we needed was already in the condo and the view of the mountains was an added bonus. We will definitely be back and would definitely recommend this condo!

Summer escape!

Excellent location and across the street from 2 breweries! Access to gym, pool and hot tubs was great. Having only 1 parking spot was an inconvenience and extra cost when you have 2 couples staying at the condo. Main Street station was nice and convenient. Very comfortable and nice place to stay. Thank you

Good location but...

Great location. Nice bedrooms with king beds. 2 full bathrooms. A little dated and floors/carpet need some care. The place feels dark. There is a lot of lighting but it just doesn't light the place up we'll especially the bathrooms!

Another beautiful condo at Water House

We have stayed in many different units at Water House over the past year and loved this one! It overlooks a side street so avoids the road noise that can be heard on the other end of the building overlooking Main St. It also avoids the people noise experienced in building 6 units that overlook Maggie Pond, the pool and hot tubs and the shopping area. Loved the views of the mountains in all directions from the balcony (great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and coffee in the morning). The bed in the master was probably the most comfortable one we have slept in of all the Water House units. It is beautifully decorated and everything was in good shape. We will definitely return to this one!

Great location to downtown Breckenridge

Great location - easy walking to downtown, restaurants, shops and many activities. The Waterhouse property is awkward to get to the main desk for the property manager and took a few days to figure out short cut to eliminate a long walk to the service desk. Our unit was nice, well supplied; but ,the furnishings are getting older. For instance - the cushions on the sofa need new padding and the leather chair has stuffing coming out the back of the pillow. Just a little update in the living room furniture would be nice - but, this did not hinder our trip at all and we would stay here again.

Great condo; some things broken but a 5-star space

This is a beautiful condo and was perfect for two couples. Two king beds and full baths on opposite sides of the open, comfortable living room/kitchen space and a nice balcony with views of the slopes. A 10 am checkout and 4 pm checkin seems ridiculous to me, though seem to be the norm for Vacasa; we were able to get in at 3 pm and they gave us until 10:30 am, which though small, was appreciated. Both sets of blinds in the primary bedroom were broken, which seemed a major oversight of maintenance and made for a bright morning, and one of the primary suite sinks couldn't get the stopper up. Not enough of a problem to give less than 5 stars to what (with better maintenance) is definitely a 5-star space.

Water House 5304

Room was nice and clean. Close to walk anywhere in Breck. The refrigerator and freezer did not work so a mini refrig was available which wasn't enough room to hold much and use our kitchen to cook meals. Disappointed this wasn't disclosed as I would have booked another room. I had to use a cooler and pay for my own ice to keep things cold. The oven didn't work, but was later fixed after I called the front desk and they turned on the gas to it. The elevator key reader worked 10% of the time, so very frustrating trying to get to our room.

Water House Review

Great location, close to everything Breck, really enjoyed parking the car and walking around town.. Couple lamps not working in our unit, but nothing of real concern. 2 very comfortable bedrooms perfect for 2 couples. Balcony view of Peak 9 ski runs very cool!! I would describe the walk to Gondola as perfect in the summer, medium distance with ski boots on...

Needed updates

Couch and chair in living room were falling apart. Fans had dust on them when you turned them on dust covered the room. Unit was very musty and needed to be aired out. One of the large windows in the living was missing a blind. Lighting was to dim to see. Lights need to be updated.
