Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Very nice stay at the Park Place Rendezvous Condo. The unit was very comfortable and clean. The unit is also very well located for a short walk to Main Street, no need to drive and park. Summit Mountain Rental staff kept us informed and checked on us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall was an excellent stay in Breckenridge. Easy check-in instructions. Clean, nicely decorated with two full sofas AND recliner in living area. Kitchen well-stocked with everything for meals. Fans and humidifiers were appreciated. Beds sufficiently comfortable. Nice dining room table/chairs. Master bathroom has a nice steam shower, just turn the dial provided for that feature. Outdoor heated pool and hot tubs Is a favorite with a short walk.Cons:1. Moving in and out of rental is some difficult because of steps, one long flight, two short flights and walking from vehicle.2. NOTABLE road noise when windows/sliding glass door are open(which was the case when we stayed here in September)3. As mentioned in other reviews, NOTABLE foot traffic sounds from resident in condo above.Despite the cons mentioned, we still rated as excellent. Appreciated how close of a walk it was to the Main St in Breckenridge for shopping/restaurants.

Everything was very clean, and we maintained; the property looked like the pictures. The host touched base with us early on in our stay to make sure there were no problems, and was very hospitable. The property is a very short walk from downtown, which is convenient, and about a 7 minute walk to the ski lifts.

The condo was perfect for our family get-together. Bedrooms were roomy. Living room and dining room were comfortable and kitchen was very nice. Location was perfect for Oktoberfest. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was as communicated in the listing. Only “hiccup” is that you don’t receive the final information on checking into the place until the day of your reservation.

Was an absolutely perfect place for our girls weekend. The condo was clean so spacious perfect location walking distance. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I would really give it a 4.5 star

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.Pros: -You can't beat the location. It's a five minute walk to the heart of downtown Breckenridge.-The condo is really clean and has a good layout. It's basically two master suites and also has bunk beds. The kitchen had everything you could want. -Getting into the condo was easy with the code provided. The property managers were quick to respond and were clear communicators. -The balcony had a partial mountain view, which was nice.- Parking was easy and there are lots of spots, and it was a busy weekend. Cons: We really only had two cons.-The main con is the poor sound insulation between the condo and the neighbor above us. This person walked around very heavily starting early in the morning (5:30 am) and it would wake us up. You could hear every squeaky footstep. I'm not sure if insulation could be blown in to make that better??-The other con was the balcony faced onto a busy road. That was only an issue when we had the door or windows open or sat on the balcony. With the door and windows closed, you couldn't hear the traffic. Overall, this was a great place to stay. You really couldn't beat the location and the unit itself had many great attributes.

We had an amazing and memorable stay in Breckenridge. Communication with the host was excellent: always responsive and positive. The location was ideal, with easy access to Main Street, great restaurants, and convenient parking for the gondola. The house was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described.
