Brand new finishes in a historic building! If you want the best of both worlds, this condo nails it. You have the character of a space that is Circa 1872 with tall ceilings, exposed Savannah Grey Brick walls and an incredible Downtown Savannah location near the riverfront. But unlike most antique homes you will enjoy a huge brand new beautiful kitchen, modern bathrooms and stylish contemporary furniture! Step out of the building right onto the prime shopping street and stroll to the bests restaurants, museums & tourist landmarks you have been planning to visit.

2 Bedrooms + 2 Bathrooms + Huge Modern Kitchen! Paid public parking is plentiful in the area and we suggest the Robinson Memorial Garage which is owned by City of Savannah and has reasonable rates published online. Street parking is also available (pay for street spots via ParkSavannah app or kiosk) and the street parking is free on Sundays and overnight.

Guest bedroom: Queen bed, TV & full guest bathroom nearby with combo tub/shower

This condo is on the back side of the building for a bit more peace & quiet compared to units that face the night life.

Bookings made more than one month before arrival will pay half, and the balance is due 30 days from check in. If you cancel before the due date you will not be charged the 2nd installment. The first installment is NON REFUNDABLE. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment and there payment is non-refundable. We offer trip cancellation insurance, please inquire for adding this at any time BEFORE you have a reason to cancel.

Beautiful property and excellent location. Very walkable to everything. Our host was extremely responsive to an air-conditioning and small appliance question. She even drove over and brought us a new iron! we would definitely stay here again!

Thank you all for such a beautiful unit . The location was perfect ! The only inconvenience was the heightened noise level at night due to the lounge/club close by, causing difficulty sleeping throughout the night. Also, being able to hear the occupants next door. That would be the only issue! Other than that, we will definitely consider doing business with this company again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was our first trip to Savannah so we decided to stay within walking distance of the river and entertainment areas. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only complaints are: 1. Limited parking. This seems to be an issue all over Savannah so it's not a reason not to stay here but something to be aware of. I wasn't able to find street parking to unload our bags so I had to make a couple trips to and from a nearby parking deck. 2. Loud noise at night. The condo is surrounded by bars and there's no sound ordinance in Savannah until 3am. There are sound machines in the bedrooms which should suffice but there was a constant loud bass noise coming from across the alley at night which a sound machine couldn't drown out. It's made slightly worse by what appear to be original single pane windows in the main bedroom (and kitchen/main room) that don't block much sound. The host had not heard of the loud bass noise from previous guests so it's possible it's not an issue every night. We stayed at the condo on a Saturday night, which is likely louder in the area compared to weeknights. If you plan to stay out late, the sound won't bother you if you aren't going to sleep until 3am or later. Overall, it was a great trip and we enjoyed the condo.

In the Historic District all historic properties are required to keep the single pane original wood frame windows. Owners are literally not permitted to install double pane modern windows and are fined and required to rip them out of they install them. We get a lot of tourists wondering why we keep single pane windows. The Historic Savannah Foundation has good information on their website explaining the purpose and logic for the law. Future guests please note our tip for unloading luggage, if you are not traveling solo you can pull your car up along the yellow curb or in the alley right by the building entry, put your hazards on and leave your spouse/friend with the car while you run your luggage up to the condo before parking in the garage. The garage is about a block away. If you follow this advice, even if there is not a street spot open there should be no need to roll suitcases all the way from the parking deck if you do not wish to do so. Certainly not for multiple trips! Every property in the heart of "the action" close to the main shopping & dining streets downtown will have the same potential for noise. This one is not above a bar/club so it is less noisy than some. But the night life will be around you. There are free background noise options on smart phones now and if you leave the device on the white noise setting in the windowsill it will help drown out the city noises so you can sleep!

This is one of my favorite vacation properties yet! The home is absolutely gorgeous. The location was amazing and the bedding was so comfortable, we got the best sleep ever. We look forward to coming back again very soon!
