The owners have thoughtfully stocked the home with just about everything you could need for a comfortable stay! From kitchen supplies, entertainment, paddle boards and kayaks to a Nintendo Switch, ping pong table, firepit, and expansive outdoor seating, this home is absolutely packed with fun for guests of all ages. Bring your boat, tie up at the private pier, and enjoy everything lake life has to offer.



Whether you're roasting marshmallows by the fire, watching movies after a day on the water, or relaxing on the patio with lake views, Isleview Retreat was made for making memories.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the main home, outdoor living spaces, waterfront areas, pier, and water equipment during their stay.



Please note:



- The garage is not accessible to guests.

- Guests may access the shed for water toys and outdoor equipment.

- Please do not access the loft area inside the shed, as it is reserved for owner storage.

- Trash must be taken to the neighborhood dumpster located near the front entrance of the community.

Located on a quiet island community on beautiful Callendar Lake, Isleview Retreat offers a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with family and friends.



This is a close-knit lakeside neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of neighboring properties and residents during their stay.



Please note:



- No loud outdoor music

- The property is not fenced

- Please do not enter neighboring yards

- Fishing and activities should remain on the property and private pier area only (Fishing is fantastic right from the backyard!)

- Please do not fish from neighboring bulkheads or on neighboring property near the bridge areas

- We take guest safety very seriously, if you are traveling with children there is no fence. Please do not leave small children outside alone near the water.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is recommended, as the property is located in a quiet lake community outside of town. Parking is available onsite for guests, and boats are welcome.



Guests bringing boats may tie off directly to the pier using the provided cleats.

- STRICT NO PET POLICY — This is a completely pet-free home due to severe owner allergies. Absolutely no pets are permitted on the property at any time.

- Water toys and recreational equipment are available complimentary for guest use.

- Please return all life vests, kayaks, paddle boards, and outdoor games before checkout.

- The home is equipped with smoke detectors, CO2 monitors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit for guest safety.

- Guests are responsible for supervising children around the waterfront and pier areas at all times.
