Welcome to Tranquil Shores at The Waters, a beautiful fourth-floor, 2-bedroom condo overlooking Lake LBJ in Horseshoe Bay.
From the moment you arrive, the lake is the star. Step onto your private corner balcony and take in sweeping views of Lake LBJ and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. Start your morning with coffee as the sun rises over the water, then spend the afternoon enjoying the lakefront community pool and marina.
Inside, the condo features 10-foot ceilings, a bright and sophisticated interior, comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table or head outside for an al fresco meal using the balcony grill.

The condo was great. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review all the way was only because the door was broken upon arrival and the ice maker didn't work. The management company immediately brought us a bag of ice, and maintenance was there the next day to fix the door. It could also use a few more stocked cooking items. But overall, it was a great condo with a great view. Will absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful view

The view was amazing and you are able to see multiple views of the lake. Clean, up-to-date and lots of room. Needed better instructions/details on how to find the specific condo like which floor it was on.

Nice property

The apartment is very well equipped. We had issues entering to the property pool. When going to this place, no access to resort amenities.

Nice Place

I have property in the area so basically just looking for a place to sleep and eat. Check all of those boxes. The 10 digit entry code was a bit of a pain and a few nonstick pots and pans would be nice

Great condo with convenient location

Condo was nicely decorated, clean and perfect for 2 couples. While the view from the balcony wasn't a full view of the lake, you could see plenty of the lake in two directions and the balcony felt private. The HSB yacht club pool and restaurant were right next door. The assigned parking space was great. We had an extra car but easily found parking for it outside the building. Turnkey was extremely responsive and checked in with us throughout our trip. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher that we reported to Turnkey to let them know. They were very responsive and I was impressed with their customer service. I would definitely rent this condo again and would rent from Turnkey again.

Great Condo

We have stayed in a few condos at The Waters and this one was clean, decorated well, had great views and property managers were quick with response on wi-fi questions even late at night. Only downfall is no access to yacht club pool with the drink/food/beach since you aren't booking direct with the resort. Luckily we have good friends who are members at HSB and were able to get us in with guest passes so keep that in mind. Great easy access to the dock and does have access to the regular property pool.

Great stay

The property was wonderful. Very clean and well cared for. We had an issue with the WiFi but the property manager was prompt in resolving the issue. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
