We didn’t receive the door code prior to check in and couldn’t get ahold of host. We were finally able to get the code thru VRBO. Owner reached out days later to apologize and mentioned she had recently lost her husband, phone crashed and then lost power due to a storm. It all worked out and we were understanding due to her recent loss. I would stay here again as the condo accommodated my family well and was a perfect location to other family and we loved being so close to the pool and dock.

Beautiful condo with great view of Lake
The owner has made lovely updates to the condo. If you like to vacation in a "HGTV" decorated home with easy access to one of the two pools on the property, this is the place. The screened in back porch is a bonus place for breakfast in the morning and lovely views of the lake or pool. Very enjoyable place.

Wonderful wedding weekend
Enjoyed our stay! Air conditioner had some issues the first night. Contacted host and was quickly dealt with and offered options to make up for the inconvenience. Highly recommend!

I am always happy to have guests that were so gracious about the a/c problem.

Good with some issues
We’ve stayed at Regatta Bay before but not this unit. Unit was fine but there were a few issues of concern. The water heater circuit breaker would randomly trip which resulted in a couple of cold showers. The outside deck portion was off limits. And the walk to the boat slip was not a walk but a drive if carrying items to your boat. Unit as a whole was decorated nicely and certainly met our needs. The host was communicative in regards to the boat slip.

This was a lovely condo! Each room had its own bathroom which was great. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies. We loved the screened in porch and other outdoor sitting area.

This has been a great unit for us. It is over the main waterfront pool with a large area covered for just relaxing out of the sun.
