The Space:

Welcome to Hilltop Haven, your peaceful Sierra mountain getaway tucked among the trees in beautiful Twain Harte.



This spacious multi level cabin offers vaulted ceilings, large windows with natural light, and expansive outdoor decks perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. The cozy living room features comfortable seating, a wood stove, and direct deck access creating the perfect indoor outdoor mountain experience.



Hot tub available!



The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and basic cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining, BBQs, morning coffee, or relaxing evenings surrounded by peaceful forest scenery.



Sleeping arrangements include:



• Main Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed

• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed

• Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed with full on bottom and twin on top



Whether you're visiting for a relaxing weekend, family vacation, hiking trip, or winter escape, Hilltop Haven offers a comfortable and cozy place to recharge.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except for any locked owner storage areas.



Parking is available at the property. Please note the home is multi level and includes stairs.



Guests will receive access to a digital guest binder before arrival with local recommendations, activities, restaurants, and things to do in the area.

Hilltop Haven is located in the peaceful mountain community of Twain Harte surrounded by towering trees and beautiful Sierra scenery.



The area offers year round outdoor activities including hiking, lake days, skiing, fishing, and exploring charming mountain towns.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for easy access to the cabin and surrounding attractions. Parking is available onsite.



During winter months, snow and ice may impact road conditions. 4 wheel drive or tire chains may be required depending on weather conditions, so please check conditions prior to travel.

Check-in: 4:00 PM



Check-out: 11:00 AM



Late checkout may be available upon request.



If anything is broken or not up to your satisfaction upon arrival, please notify us promptly so we have the opportunity to address it.



If a pet is approved, any pet waste left on the property, damage caused by pets, or excessive cleaning related to pets may result in an additional cleaning fee.



Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property for security purposes only.



As outlined in the Terms & Conditions provided upon booking, Twain Harte Rentals supplies one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels to get you started. We recommend bringing any additional paper products you may need during your stay.



WiFi is provided as a courtesy but is not guaranteed. Due to the mountain location, internet service may occasionally be intermittent and speeds can vary.



Essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, spices, detergent, and similar supplies may not always be stocked, so please plan accordingly.



For homes with wood stoves or fireplaces, guests will receive information prior to arrival regarding firewood availability and where it can be purchased if needed.



Wildlife is common in the area. Please do not leave food outside or unattended.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will enjoy privacy throughout their stay. Our property management team is available through Airbnb/VRBO messaging or by phone if assistance is needed during your visit.
