The well-appointed kitchen features plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the kitchen gadgets needed to whip up tasty meals and beach snacks. Dine together in the light-filled dining room where the long wooden table seats six comfortably. Each bedroom is uniquely outfitted with your comfort in mind. There is even a loft with beds as a fun additional sleeping space. Step out onto the deck for some fresh air in the morning or to utilize the grill around dinnertime. There’s plenty of eating, so be sure to take advantage of your opportunity for a picnic with a view.

-Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional cleaning charges, and smoking-related fees. Improper disposal of cigarette butts may also result in additional cleaning charges.

-Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity.

-Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

-Early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to availability.

-Upon arrival, please inspect the property and report any concerns or damages promptly. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in guest responsibility for unreported damages.



Check-Out

-Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM.

-Approved late check-outs may be available for an additional fee.

-Unauthorized late departures that impact housekeeping or scheduling may result in additional charges, including charges equivalent to an additional night’s stay where applicable.
