We spent most of our time in the beautiful outdoor space & pool. Close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Very friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic villa in an excellent location. The pool was fabulous. The villa had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay.Bus stop at the end of the road made it very easy getting anywhere if you don't want to drive. Very handy for elderly parents who couldn't walk too far as taxis were non existant in both old town & port.Also 2 mins from the supermarket and electric charging point.Would highly recommend. Some very cool art too!

Excellent villa, well located and easy walk into the beautiful old town of Pollença. Also very convenient to 2 good supermarkets. Great indoor space with all the necessary amenities, good kitchen, living space and comfortable beds. Beautiful gardens with a really good sized swimming pool, as well as a table tennis table which got good use. Lovely out- building with charcoal bbq.Communication and access very good via Miquel and Maria. Would highly recommend and we’d love to return again. We had a fabulous family holiday. Thank you!

Lovely property

The home was lovely, spacious and unique. Our host was very gracious. The location was a short walk to the town centre.The appliances were a bit tired, and caused a few challenges, but overall, a lovely experience.

Amazing villa in perfect location

Lovely traditional property on the outskirts of Pollensa - beautifully kept with lots of original artwork to admire. The garden and pool area were fabulous to relax in and with a couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance we had a fabulous week.

Buses easily assessable, to ports pollensa, Alcúdia and pollensa old town . Beautiful pool , house lovely enjoyed our stay thank you

Lovely villa, great pool, friendly hosts.

Villa Norai gave us just what we were looking for. Lovely villa with interesting history, fantastic garden and outdoor kitchen area, and a great pool. We have been to Pollenca countless times over the past 20 years and have never enjoyed it more.

This Villa is lovely and far more coY than the pictures might suggest. The outdoor space is excellent and it is well equipped throughout. The owners, Miquel and Maria, were really accommodating and responded to messages promptly. A small welcome package was included, which is a rare touch these days. The pool is fabulous and 10m long so great for swimming, although some might find it difficult to because you can only get out at one end. Location is excellent, with a bus stop to Palma etc at the end of the short drive. Walkable to Pollenca and supermarkets. Taverna across the street. Price for this is the traffic noise, but this wasn't too bad.Picky points... Single beds in two bedrooms reported as uncomfortable by those using them. Master bedroom fine for us. Crockery was not clean. Perhaps because of poor washing by previous guests, but many items in the cupboards were dirty. Doors are all stiff and therefore hard to open and close without banging, which can disturb others. Also, main bedroom starts to smell musty if aircon not running regularly (or ventilated if you can risk the mosquitos!) as the bathroom has no door, but again, not a game changer.Overall, lovely villa in great location with responsive owners. We'd definitely be happy to stay again.

Beautiful unique place

Beautiful property. Wonderful art everywhere you look. Pool was fantastic and the kids really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.

Lovely villa, excellent host

Villa was clean and well equipped. Pool and outside area was really lovely and the teenagers loved having table tennis to play too. Pool still good for October swimming though unheated.

We had the most amazing time at the lovely Villa Norai, Miquel was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend the villa if you are looking for the perfect holiday.

Wonderful

The villa was the perfect home base for our family’s first trip to Europe. I would spend my time looking at the wonderful set inside or play in the wonderful grounds outside. Miquel was a great host. Very safe and clean. Perfect location in a great town. We loved it.

A perfect week's getaway

Fantastic property well located within walking distance of Pollensa and local supermarkets, and an ideal cycling base. Whilst not having an interest in art ourselves, the work around the walls and spaces was stunning and added a lot of interest to an already wonderful home. We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated the excellent outdoor area with BBQ and pool. Maria was nearby for any queries and we genuinely hope to return next year.

Stunning villa!

We had a wonderful two weeks at Villa Norai. The villa is beautifully appointed and very unique. The pool was wonderful, UV filtered we think. Location was excellent, 2mins walk to the bus stop and 10mins walk into the enchanting Pollensa Old Town. Highly recommend….faultless!

Beautfiul Property in a Great Location

We stayed here in early June 18 and can't recommend it highly enough. The house is well laid out and comfortable, the pool and outside area is fantastic and the location is perfect. We hired a car and it took 5 mins to Pollenca and 10 mins to Port de Pollenca, both towns have their own charms and appeals and offer a great selection of restaurants. You won't be disappointed if you hire Villa Norai.

Lovely villa

This villa is really lovely. The pool area is amazing. The villa is really spacious and well cared for. Really nice that the villa was cleaned during our stay and the pool was cleaned too. Easy to enjoy the sun but lots of shade too. We really enjoyed using the outside cooking area and ate every meal outside too. Easy to walk into Pollenca which is so pretty. Lovely restaurant over the road from villa too. Would love to stay here again.

Nice Property

Nice house and close to town. Great pool area. One negative - Twin beds in one bedroom need replacing or repairing. Nothing to do with the house at all but don’t forget to take mosquito repellent, it’s essential !

Fabulous villa is

Villa is superb. Situated just outside Pollensa but within walking distance. Supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk on the other direction. The grounds are beautiful, the villa is spacious and comfortably accommodated us (family of 6). The communication was excellent and meet and greet was a lovely touch. Very happy to recommend this to anyone.

2nd stay at this lovely property

We stayed here in 2021 and returned 2022. What we really like about Villa Norai: Walking distance to Pollensa Short drive to Porto Pollensa 1 min drive to supermarkets Making it very well situated Large private pool Pretty spacious gardens Outside kitchen We love the shaded terrace, outside seating and loungers, shower at the pool-still miss sitting out there chatting! Maria and Miguel very helpful any issues Really enjoyed our 2nd stay in this rustic style villa filled with art Hope to return again one day
