RENTALS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY IN JUNY, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBRE.

House built in 1999 and reformed in 2012 for 6 people with spacious terraces and private pool (measures 9 x 4,30 - 1 mts depth -1.5 mts depth- 2.00 mts depth ). Fresh water. Very quiet place. Ideal for families with children or seeking peace people. Just located 4km from Puerto Pollença, 5 km from cala san Vicente and 3 km from Pollença town. There are some sights to visit. In the north there is a nice town with beaches with white sands to visit and swim. In pollença is a golf course a 4 km and another a 12 km. If you prefer nautics sports, in puerto pollença is a sailing school and boats and sailing for rent. There are also excursions exploring the beautiful beaches and coves of de area. These tours are recommended. If you want to diving, there are few diving centre.
Both pollença town, puerto pollensa or cala san vicente, there are very good restaurants to eat, so fresh fish of de bay or grilled meat to. The owners are happy to recommended some if they wish. The owners speak English (a little).

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Außenanlage ist sehr großzügig, gemütlich und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer waren leider nicht mehr ganz topp, aber ansonsten alles prima. Die Kommunikation mit Juan war sehr gut und unkompliziert

Great Holiday

Had a fantastic time at this peaceful but well located villa. Outside space and large pool a particular plus point. Villa was comfortable with all required amenities. Well situated for short drives to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and the north of the island. Great selection of supermarkets a few kilometers away for provisions. Few mosquitoes but think that's to be expected and we had it worse than normal with the previous weeks heavy rain and storms. Bring spray.

Fantastic Holidays

Very good villa. Well equipped. Joan the owner is very kind and his support was everytime great. Everything was quite clean and in a good condition. The pool was awesome and also very clean. We have really enjoyed our stay!

Ca Na Polida - August 2023

Just returned from a weeks stay at Ca Na Polida. Lovely villa that sited our needs and budget. It was a particularly hot week, and most of the time we spent outside around the pool area. Perfect location for visits to Pollensa (Old Town) and the Port of Pollensa. Very peaceful. I'd say hire car essential. Nothing to complain about really, but the auto swimming pool lights were a bit hit and miss. One of the lights didn't work, and the one that did came on very late in the evening when we were all ready for bed. Thank you Juan

Good and quiet location

Great location near to Pollenca and to the beach. The villa is as described. Not modern but functional. The kitchen is large but not fully equiped.

Great villa with beautiful pool and outdoor space

We had a great stay and didn’t want to leave. Perfect place for families as the children were very happy to spend lots of time playing in the pool whilst we relaxed in the beautiful outdoor areas. A car is a must but nothing is very far, 10 minutes to the beautiful town of Pollensa and 10 minutes to Puerto Pollensa if you want to go to the beach. Lidl is literally five minutes up the road too. Juan was very friendly and communication before and during our stay was great. The Sunday market at Pollensa, Wednesday market at Puerto Pollensa and the caves at Campanet were all amazing.

Lovely villa in great location

We had a great stay in this villa. We especially loved the garden area with all the different fruit trees and the pool. The bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. The directions to the villa were easy to follow and the owner Joan was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed him. Nothing was too much trouble. A few minor points - We found the kitchen area very hot when cooking in the evening. We didn’t want to keep the front door open as we didn’t want to let mosquitoes in. Also the master bedroom was quite warm on a night despite the air conditioning. There were no sanitary bins in the bathrooms. There were lots of mosquitoes around and we got bitten despite our Jungle Formula. Lidl down the road sold some great Block Magic itch relief though! We loved the huge glass table near the pool to sit and natter in the evening. The chairs and sunloungers were comfy with padded seats. There was an electricity socket outside so my husband could keep his laptop charged. The villa is in a very quiet location and you could hear lots of birds singing. Puerto Pollensa is only 10 mins drive away. We enjoyed pootling round the shops and walking along the beach. The caves at Campanet are spectacular and well worth a visit. Pollensa market on Sundays is great- stalls of all kinds. Overall a great relaxing holiday in a lovely villa. Would recommend

Beautiful place at the countryside

Overall a beautiful place at the countryside with a great pool area. Spacious rooms and two bathrooms where one is en suite to the master bedroom. The house is located quite near two grocery stores (10min) and not far from the nice village of Port de Pollenca (15min). However, there are some improvments to wish for: - When arriving there were no drinking water or toiletpaper in the house. Custom is to leave at least one bottle of water and one roll of toiletpaper for the new rentals. - There was only air condition in the bedrooms - The kitchen was not fully equiped. Not enough of glasses and lack of different sizes. The dishwasher weren’t able to clean the glasses and therefor hand wash was neccessary. There were no small saucepans, small bowls or dishes. We also missed a cool bag and ice pack to borrow for the beach. - The water in the showers shift from hot to cold. When mentioning this a plumber came fast and for a day the temperature of the water was as it should. Two days later the problem returned.

A pleasant villa with a lovely pool

We were a party of 5 including a 3 year old. She loved the pool and lots of pool toys including inflatable unicorns. The gardens are lovely too. The house itself is nice, a little dated, but it has a charm about it. There is a full kitchen, we had to ask for oven gloves, which were delivered within 2 days. The bedrooms are adequate, the larger has a good sized walk in wardrobe. Two good sized bathrooms too. The only problem we had with the bathrooms was that for some strange reason, there was often no hot water when we came to shower. The plumber visited but it was not rectified by the time we left. A bit of a mystery. You should be aware, especially with children that the water can turn from warm, to cold to 'boiling' very quickly. The living area is very small and extremely warm without aircon. We weren't able to spend time inside because of this, although our 3 year old grandaughter wasn't bothered by it. Make sure you bring any supplies you need. There wasn't even hand soap in the bathrooms, or washing up liquid/dishwasher pods. I only mention this because in the many villa's we've rented there has always been a small supply. I realise it doesn't say that they supply these things, but I feel it's worth mentioning. Supermarkets very close by. The location is great if you enjoy peace and quiet. It feels very remote, but is only a few minutes drive back to the main road. Probably a 3 minute drive to Pollenca and 5 minutes to Puerto Pollenca.

Perfect holiday

This property is perfect for a family holiday, the location and house is beautiful, my husband and myself went with out two adult daughters and our two grandchildren aged 8 and 4 the pool was perfect as it had a shallow end, the house is very well equipped and comfortable, Joan the owner was on hand at the end of a phone and on the two occasions we needed him he was there within 30 mins and had everything sorted. The mosquitoes were our only real problem so come well prepared. We,v used Vrbo and ownersdirect for years now and this was the only villa where there was no welcome pack on arrival and as our flight was delayed we did,nt arrive at the villa till 9.30pm so had to do an emergency dash to Lidl,s with just 10 minutes before it closed. So milk bread butter and eggs would have been most welcome, but other than that it was a perfect holiday with wonderful memories made

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Garten ist bestückt mit Kaki-, Zitronen-, Mandeln-, Oliven-Bäumen und vieles mehr. Joan ist immer erreichbar. Der Pool und das Grill-Haus sind super. Immer wieder gerne!

Fredelig, landlig og autentisk ejendom

Flot og lokal ejendom beliggende midt mellem Pollenca by og Port de Pollenca. Dermed tæt på både by og havn. Hyggeligt område, landligt og fredeligt. Kræver bil for at komme til det meste. Et godt valg for dem som ønsker ro, flot have og egen pool og terasse. Meget venlig og imødekommende vært.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Die Finca hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt sehr günstig zu Pollenca und seinem Hafen. Trotz der relativen Nähe zur Hauptstraße hatten wir überhaupt keinerlei Verkehrslärm: Das Haus war ruhig gelegen und ist sehr sauber. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt, wie auch der Außenbereich sehr gepflegt war. Es gibt eine große Terrasse, sehr schön überdacht und eine Aussenküche, die wir allerdings nicht in Betrieb genommen haben. Das Haus war trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage. Aufpassen muss man etwas wegen der Stechmücken, die gegen späten Nachmittag schwärmen. Also am besten etwas zum aufsprühen mitbringen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief ganz prima, Rückfragen von unserer Seite wurden sofort beantwortet. Joan hat uns auch einmal bei einem Sportunfall meiner Tochter unkompliziert und schnell geholfen. Hierfür noch mal herzlichen Dank. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Beautiful setting

The house is set in the most beautiful grounds, stunning pool and outdoor area. The house is spacious, with a big kitchen, huge master and plenty of room in the bedrooms. The air con in high summer was effective and needed! Joan was very approachable and easy to engage with, both prior to and during our stay. Many thanks!

Lovely!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful villa! We found everything convenient and comfortable. Best to have a car, but then its easy to get to port polensa, polensa alcudia and port de alcudia. Beach, shopping, Groceries 5-15 min by car. The ovner was East to reach, effektive and very friendly!

Ein toller Urlaub mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir, eine Gruppe von vier Freunden, hatten eine super Zeit in der Finca von Joan. Die Anlage ist etwas kleiner als die Fotos vermuten lassen, aber dennoch sehr geräumig. Insbesondere der Außenbelereich samt Pool ist ein Highlight! Die Betten sind bequem und die Zimmer ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Leider haben wir bei der Anreise dreckiges Geschirr vorgefunden und mussten alles (!) von Hand nachspülen. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte auch nur sporadisch und hat nicht sauber gereinigt, sodass wir das meiste von Hand spülen mussten. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in der Finca von Joan, der sich auch schnell um Probleme gekümmert hat (Reparatur besagter Spülmaschine am selben Tag).

I'm born in 1964 and i have a young daughter than born in 2006 . We have 2 more villas for rent. Ca'n bou petit, REF: 459081 ( for10 persons and 2 more persons opcional ) El reconet de n'Aina, REF: 448266 for 6 persons. All villas very good situated and quiets.
We rent this villas for more than 25 years ( can bou petit ) and more 15 years ( El reconet de n'Aina ), and we never have any trouble with my customers.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Because is situated in the best area of the town. The villa is neally new, ( I lived there my past 15 years ) is very quiet and is very close to all sites.
We try always that our customers feel like at home, but without disturb them.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The villa is so close to the town, beach, bars, supermarkets,..... for that is not really necessary the car if you like for walk for 15 minutes. Anyway, i will recomended you rent a car also.
Also there are a good neighbors and there are not noice of cars or others. Is situated in a private way.
