Walking distance to historical downtown Catskill and just a bridge across the Hudson River to the town of Hudson.• One-bedroom hideaway spread over two cozy levels • Sun-filled living room with picture windows, and dedicated workspace – perfect for remote work with river inspiration• Fully equipped kitchen: stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker and all the cooking basics. We also provide Nespresso coffee pods, sugar and cream. • Private deck, garden, hammock, and outdoor dining area overlooking the river• Fast Wi-Fi, TV,, extra pillows & blankets, and free parking on site SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 2) 1. Main bedroom: comfortable queen bed, quality linens, smart TV,rocking chair, clothing storage2. Open loft: ladder access to an additional sleeping area– great for adventurous sleepers. Note: the loft is not counted as a formal bedroom in the listing. Is an open space to the living room. GOOD TO KNOW• Spiral staircase connects the 2nd level; the loft is reached by a short ladder. We don’t recommend this home for infants or anyone with mobility challenges.• This is one of three completely separate units on the property. Guests have their own entrance, deck, garden and everything else (kitchen, bathroom, office). You also have shared access to the land, paths, fire pits, hammocks.Please note this unit has spiral stairs and three levels as well as a loft space that is reached by short ladder steps. Not suitable if you have difficulty climbing or infants.Access to Superhost via the AirBnB app or text. We respond swiftly. Please note that our property is immersed in nature and surrounded by wilderness. While we professionally maintain and clean the home before every arrival, occasional insects, bugs, wildlife sounds, or natural outdoor elements are part of the experience of staying in this environment.We encourage guests to embrace the beauty and authenticity of the natural setting while keeping doors and windows closed when not in use, especially during warmer months.
