The condo opens into a bright and beautifully furnished living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, soft natural textures, curated artwork, and a relaxed modern feel. It can also convert into a larger queen-style bed using a specially designed mattress topper that fills the centre gap, creating a much more comfortable setup than a typical pushed-together bed. This makes the condo especially versatile for two couples, families, or mixed groups.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Kelowna, nearby wineries, golf courses, and beaches, though many local restaurants, shops, and lakeside areas are just a short drive away. Downtown Kelowna, beaches, grocery stores, and major amenities are all easily accessible, and the Kelowna airport is roughly 25 minutes away by car.



Other Things to Note:

Building access is provided digitally through the 1Valet app, so guests will need a compatible mobile phone during their stay.



Parking is in a specific assigned stall, and full directions for building access and parking will be provided prior to check-in. Please note that studded tires are not permitted in the parkade.



The outdoor pool is seasonal and generally closes for the colder months beginning in mid-October. Building amenities such as the pool, fitness centre, BBQ area, and outdoor lounge spaces are shared with other residents and guests. Please follow all posted rules, hours, and safety guidelines. Amenity availability may vary seasonally or due to building maintenance.



Please note that this is a residential building, and guests are expected to be respectful of neighbours and shared spaces throughout their stay.



Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the condo, on the patio, or in shared building areas unless specifically permitted in posted outdoor areas. Quiet hours must be respected, especially in the evenings.



Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for the home.



Guests are responsible for treating the condo, furnishings, appliances, and building amenities with care. Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in additional charges.

This home is professionally managed, and guests can expect clear, prompt communication throughout their stay. We generally give guests privacy to enjoy the space, but we are available by message if anything comes up before, during, or after the reservation.
