Shouldn't be advertised as having a dock. It's not in the water.

Thanks for your feedback Beverly. The dock is a few feet away from the property. You can walk towards it to sit and relax by the lake.

WE LOVED THIS HOUSE! It was beautifully decorated. The beds were amazing and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. It was quiet and the view is amazing. Hot tub was perfect. Fire pit was perfect. Lake was perfect for swimming. It was all PERFECT! Highly recommend!

The vacation was good overall. I had an issue with the dock not being in the water: we like to fish on vacation so we were really counting on spending time on the dock; perhaps I expected too much. The house was clean and the views were very nice. There was a minor glitch in checking in: the message I received mentioned a guest check in guide that apparently was a systematic error and after speaking to someone about it, the check in was completed.

If you plan to bring a boat with you for your stay don’t. There is no water at the dock and the neighbors are jerks. The house itself is beautiful and the location and view. The yard was not mowed or the weeds kept down. The host changed the description on the listing after we complained about the dock. I would not recommend staying there.

Great rental house

Owner did a great job with remodeling of this house and the kitchen was stocked better than my own house. Cute furnishings and enjoyed the 3 nights very much.

This is a very cozy home, beautifully decorated and a great view of the Lake. Bed was very comfortable, living area and couch were cozy and relaxing, kitchen is beautiful. Great place to relax and stay.

Great weekend getaway

House was as described. nice open floor plan with plenty of room to space out. The house was nicely equipped and updated. we enjoyed the outdoors space all weekend.

Relaxing Waterfront Retreat

House was very comfortable, clean, and right on the water. Several large screen tv’s and the kitchen was very well equipped with new appliances and everything needed for cooking meals.

We were in town for a baseball event for our song at Young Harris. Close to campus, which was a huge benefit to us, the house was really cute and very clean and the area very quiet. Water is very low right now so we didn’t spend any time on the dock.

Absolutely perfect lake trip!

There is a review about the water being too low so it was difficult for a jet ski, however, it was perfect depth for our kids!!! We had a blast!
