It is a very nice little unit. Recently renovated and comfortable. We had some problems with the front door lock that they are aware of, so it took a bit of time to initially enter the property. If the upper floor is occupied, it is a bit noisy from the activity overhead. The location is very good for walking to restaurants and shops. The Waterfront Restaurant is excellent!

The property was clean and inviting upon arrival. It is a great location for walking most places we wanted to go on the island. We arrived earlier than expected so we called and they were able to let us in a little early. The call service was easy to contact. The code didn’t work to get in, but we called and they were able to give us the code to get the key.There isn’t much insulation between this condo and the one above. We could hear little feet running and even conversations of the upstairs neighbors at times. We enjoyed our stay!

What a great place! Trolly pickup was two blocks away Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Can’t wait to visit again soon

The place was just as described. Great location, great communication with management, everything was really great! The only little things were, the toilet kept running every time it was flushed, so we had to turn the water off during the night. And, the WiFi description was not accurate. Aside from that, we had perfect accommodations and would stay there again.

Great little getaway! Wow, what a sunrise!

Such an amazing cozy spot for a beach getaway! Very clean and close to restaurants and the beach! On the bay side of the island, so the sunrises are so worth getting up early to snap some amazing pictures! Can't wait to go back!

Small lovely getaway

Came down on vacation and got to enjoy 2 days there lots of stuff to do and all within walking distance food,shops and the beach thanks will visit again

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to bay, beach, restaurants, and shops. The porch furniture could have been more comfortable and included beach chairs would have been nice.

Cute Apartment, would stay there again!

Super cute apartment across the street from the beach on the Tampa Bay side near the beautiful Anna Maria City Pier and not far from the gorgeous beach at Bean Point. Would definitely stay here again!
