Seahorse Cottage - With shared pool, 200 feet from the beach

The property is situated towards the top end of Anna Maria Island. It is one of a cluster of 3 cottages which have the benefit of a shared free form pool with waterfall (at most there would be 8 people using the pool).

This spacious property is very well furnished and equipped. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.

There is an internal door which connects to Shell Cottage therefore making it possible to rent the 2 properties together to accommodate up to 4 people (this door is lockable from both sides to ensure privacy).

You will find tables, chairs and loungers around the pool, which is situated in a tropically landscaped garden, making an ideal space to sit and relax while enjoying the beautiful weather.

The property benefits from off street parking for 1 car.

The beach is just 200 feet away at the end of the quiet road and numerous restaurants can also be found within walking distance. If you wanted to explore the island further without having to use your car then the free trolley bus is the perfect answer.

Sea Horse Cottage is an excellent property on Anna Maria Island. It is clean and beautifully furnished. The pool is lovely and a great place to be after a long day at the beach. The beach is so close you can see the water while standing in front of the house.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was a cozy, quaint bungalow for just the two of us. Pool was quiet so we enjoyed some time relaxing poolside. You were literally steps from the beach which was nice. The only issue that I had was at the beginning during booking process and I didn't know that the property manager lived in the UK and they are not in office over the weekend. So there was a delay in communication. Once it was sorted out, the check in process once we arrived was super easy. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect!

When this one says “close to the beach” - they mean it! This little spot is perfect for an Anna Maria getaway and is literally steps from the Beach access off Spruce Ave. The local property manager was extremely responsive to questions and she even helped us retrieve some clothing mistakenly picked up by the cleaning crew. Highly recommended!

Hi Julie - Many thanks for your 5-star review. It is much appreciated. We're so glad you thought the property was great - aside from the bed comfort. We replace mattresses regularly. However, guests have different preferences so it is hard to get bed comfort just right for everyone. Many thanks for your feedback. Seahorse cottage AMI

The cottage is cute and very close to the beach. Walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Easy check in and out. The attached cottage, shell I believe, connecting door can be locked but you can hear neighbors is they are loud (we were lucky to only hear them on our last night). Heated pool was very nice.
