This is the Best Little Beach House on Anna Maria Island...with a pool.

Make yourself at home in this welcoming 1-bedroom Holmes Beach retreat. This cozy house features a nice living room with a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. With amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, guests can unwind and enjoy a stress-free stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Holmes Beach and our house has to offer.

Our home is a completely renovated 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom home that will take your breath away! Located in Holmes Beach, it is 5 houses and a short 1 minute stroll to the beautiful white sandy Gulf of Mexico beaches.
The beach itself is quiet section due to the fact that there are no large resort / hotel / motel accommodations close by.

We are the ONLY one-bedroom private home with a pool on Anna Maria Island.
Many homes on the Island are actually duplexes where you each have your own pool but have shared interior walls.
This is a truly 'Private' home without shared walls, or a backyard separated by fencing.

The private heated pool has a waterfall, in-pool cocktail table, and bench seating. Outdoor amenities include lounge chairs, dining table, outdoor shower, front porch seating and gas barbecue.

With tropical style coastal furnishings, this home has it all, located within a short walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It is also very close to one of the free trolley stops. The bedroom includes a king bed, large flat screen TV and DVD player. The living room has a couch, love seat and a large flat screen TV with DVD player. Bathroom includes granite counter tops and a walk-in tiled shower. Bring your mobile devices as this home is equipped with Wi-Fi throughout.

We provide you with all the items you will need such as luxury bedding, bath towels, washcloths, beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen.

There are chairs, umbrellas and floats that you are welcome to bring to the beach. We also have a cart to make it easier for you to get them there :-)

There are two security cameras at the property, one at the front door and the other at the side gate facing the driveway.

Great property in a great location. Be sure to rent a golf cart. It's the easiest way to get around. Easy walk to the beach. The pool was great. Be sure to stop by the Doctors Office and get your wellness shot!

Great location in the middle of the island. The only thing that would have made the experience better was if there was more things like trash can bags,a new sponge for dishes, and more towels since we were there for a week. Overall excellent, and would stay there again.

Aww I’m so sorry you felt that you were kissing items. We had extra sponges and trash bags under the sink. We also had backup towels packed away on site. We would have been happy to assist you during your stay.

This is the best little beach house! It’s very clean, cutely decorated, and the host, Jessica, was great with communication leading up to the trip and during. Location to the beach and grocery store is perfect! Having your own private pool is even better and the sunsets are like no other. ! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay within walking distance to the beach. Already planning the next visit to AMI!

Our stay at the “Cottage by the Sea,” as we called it for a week, was wonderful! It was located perfect for a walk to get groceries or even a bite to eat. It had everything we needed, was clean, and a block from the turquoise ocean! The pool was amazing to swim in after my morning walks. This was our first trip to A.M.I., and we will definitely stay here on our return trip.

This is a charming and very well appointed cottage a short walk from the beach. It's unique in having a small private pool. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable and the shower fabulous. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and one of our favorite rentals!

Wonderful time at the Best Little Beach House. The house is small but just perfect for a couple. We loved the decor, comfortable bed, kitchen supplies and the pool with the waterfall was wonderful. The crepe restaurant in the Walgreens shopping center was my favorite, the hot dog place on Gulf drive was really good also. Both are in walking distance as was the beautiful beach just a few blocks away. We are hoping to return for another visit.

Loved our stay. Beach house was just perfect and exactly as described. It was very close to the beach and the pool was definitely an added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again.

Definitely the best beach house on AMI. Great amenities and the private heated pool with small deck just makes it perfect. The bag of local coffee was a wonderful addition to a house that had all the necessary appliances and dishes needed.

Istand price increases but after seeing a few other places I feel it was a bit expensive. The beach items were very worn out or broken, the washer/dryer nachinee did not dry our little loads. Everything else was good. Thanks1

The Little Beach House was the perfect spot for a beach get away. My husband and I were on AMI for a week and the home was a great base point to check out the island. The kitchen was perfect for cooking lots of local seafood dinners. The beach was walking distance and beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. We watched the sunset every night we were there. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! I’d recommend The Little Beach House to anyone staying in the area.
