Hawaii vacation

The Waikoloa Fairway Villa rental was clean and met our needs perfectly. Close walk to shops and restaurants nearby. Would stay there again.

Beautiful view to the golf course

Loved staying here. Very nice community. Convenient location and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen is large and well equipped.

Great stay

Property was beautiful and inviting when driving in. Residence was well taken care of and met all of our expectations. We felt completely at home and had all amenities that we could think of. Look forward to staying in same place again.

Beautiful condo in a great location

Beautiful condo! Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 2 teens in our party. Kitchen was well equipped and the view from the lanai was beautiful. The pool on property was great after a hot day on the beach. We always stay in waikaloa when we visit and this condo was the perfect location. Walking distance to queens market and centrally located to all the amazing beaches on the west side of the island

Beautiful condo and amazing location

The condo was beautiful and very clean! Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 2 teens in our family. We cooked several meals there and the kitchen was well equipped. Greet view from the lanai and the pool on property was beautiful. We always stay in waikaloa when we visit and this condos location was great. Short walk to queens market and centrally located to all of the amazing beaches on the w west side of the island

Nice location

Nice apartment, good locations. But the A/C didn’t work properly and the beds were hard as a rock.

That being said, we apologize for the A/C and mattress issues that you experienced. Please know that the homeowner has fixed the air conditioning unit and it is functioning properly. Wet nice place, but AC unit way too loud

It was a great place in a great location. The AC unit on the patio made it unbearable to sit outside though, excessive noise.

Amazing place

This is the best place we have ever been. The house is big, super clean , comfortable and has everything you need from cooking, to relaxing, to going to the beach they have it all. The place is 5 minutes walk to Queen and Kings market. Where you can find places to eat and shop. Beaches can be found all around less than 20 minutes drive. Best place ever.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grounds were well taken care of and inviting. The condo was welcoming and had everything we could think of that would be needed.

Fabulous Condo!

Your condo had everything that we could have imagined. It was well equipped & very spacious. The condo was in a great location so that we could walk to the beach, restaurants & stores. You and the management company made booking a vacation thru VRBO very easy. We would definitely recommend staying at this condo.

Very nice Condo right on the golf course

Our group of 3 was very happy with this condo which was a top floor condo. It was very clean and quiet. There was plenty of room and beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient as it was within walking distance of two shopping areas. As long as you don’t mind being right next to a beach it is an excellent choice.

Beautiful and comfortable

View is beautiful. Condo is stocked with everything you need. Very clean, aside from makeshift soda can smoking device under the master sink that we had to dispose of upon our arrival.

My wife and I stayed here...

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We loved the place! It was great to have everything we needed. It had all the amenities of a hotel, but much with much more space and for a better price! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks again! Jared and Carlye

Fairway Villas - Great Location

This property is nicely furnished and is extremely close to Queen's Marketplace, King's Shops, and A-Bay. It's only a couple minutes walk to the Island Gourmet store where you can stock up the kitchen. They also have a great deli offering an great assortment of dishes both Asian and continental. The unit also has a good assortment of beach items that made every day fun.

Great location.

We appreciated the walking proximity to Anaeho'omalu beach and to the two shopping centers, as well as the complex pool. The condo was just what we expected; clean and well-equipped. We were greeted on the stairway each time in and out of the condo with a pair of Java Sparrows and several playful geckos.The owner was very helpful in answering our questions.We would stay here again!

Best Condo Ever!!!

This condo has everything you want for a Hawaiian holiday. It's like they thought of everything! Location is great, top floor, quiet with nice view. Kitchen is absolutely well stocked! Nice pool, barbecues good too! Close to everything. Well managed!

Perfect!

This condo was everything we hoped and more. It was super conveniently located and stocked with everything one would need for a fun week on Hawaiʻi Island. It was very clean and well-maintained, especially the kitchen and outdoor supplies (fishing poles, body boards, snorkels, etc). Close enough to walk to Queen's Shops. Highly recommended, incredible deal for the price!
