Great, comfortable property close to everything on the Kohola Coast. Beach, snorkeling, restaurants, shopping were literally a walk away and Waikoloa Village was only 15 mins away by car. We especially enjoyed the loft with two beds that was perfect for our kids. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was in a perfect location, close to beaches, shops, and great restaurants. The mountain views were beautiful, especially in the morning—perfect for enjoying coffee on the porch while watching the sunrise. It was comfortable, convenient, and perfect for our family. The hosts were absolutely amazing and made us feel very welcome. We’d happily stay here again!

The host was extremely responsive and the property was lovely. The view of the golf course, the spacious bedrooms, nice well appointed kitchen and bathrooms made this a lovely stay. We were very happy and give this unit a 5 Star rating. The pool was very close and a beautiful infinity pool and hot tub. There was an elevator which made it nice for my elderly family. You won't be disappointed.

Condo was amazing with a great view. Everything was cleaned superiorly with lots of amenities. Couldn’t have imagined a better stay in Hawaii in the perfect location. Owner is amazing and went out of his way to make our stay the best.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. I cannot express how wonderful Joe was to work with, communication was phenomenal and just made everything so easy and smooth. The home was so clean and comfortable for our family. The location has excellent walkability to shops and quick access to the beach. There were so many beach toys/supplies as well, which made our stay so easy and smooth. Truly a home away from home and I cannot wait to stay there again.

Lovely stay! The space was well kept, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed all of the beach equipment and towels, and the location was perfect to check out lots of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We would be happy to stay there again! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for 6 adults. Location is fabulous—an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and A-Bay. Would stay again!

Prefer to have had no cockroaches, and the neighbor was overbearing. Other than that it is a nice location.

I sincerely apologize for the neighbor and he needs to learn what "Aloha" means. The complex does get sprayed for bugs once a month and occasional one makes it into the condo. Thank you again for your booking.

Lovely condo in Waikoloa

Clean and comfortable condo in great location at Waikoloa. Walking distance to everything Waikoloa beach area has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as described. A perfect spot for my family of 6. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beach accessories made beach days easy to enjoy. There is no assigned parking stall with this rental and you are asked to park in a visitor spot. There are only a few in the immediate area so i can imagine this may be problematic on busy days. The beds were comfortable and we had excellent communication when needed. Would highly recommend.

This penthouse was just as advertised. Plenty of room for the family, nicely stocked kitchen. Pool and hot tub were fun.

Perfect stay

Great place, included basic necessities like dish and laundry detergent. Everything worked and place was nice and clean. Four beach chairs and two umbrellas included.

Great location and beautiful condo

Check-in and Check-out were well explained in the booklet on the living room desk. Accommodations were as close to perfect as it can get. Well laid out living, sleeping and dining locations. Very enjoyable experience.

Great place as advertised

Lots of amenities- beach chairs, towels, condiments, coolers etc are provided. Had every kitchen appliance you may need. Very clean and the complex has a wonderful pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property

Loved this property. The house was lovely and comfortable for a family of 6. The area around the condo is clean and safe. It’s great being within walking distance to the beach. Would love to stay here again!
