Luxury Living Area: Soaring arched ceilings, warm wood accents, and a plush leather sectional with reclining seats around a large Smart TV. Features a convenient half bath just off the living space.

Deluxe Kitchen & Dining: A fully stocked kitchen equipped with cookware, bakeware, and a drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Features a handcrafted dining table (seats 8) and kitchen island seating (seats 2).

Master King Suite: A spacious retreat with a plush King-size bed, Smart TV, accent chair, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a full-size washer & dryer.

Upstairs Queen Bedroom: Cozy and comfortable with a Queen-size bed, bedside table, and Smart TV.

Upstairs Bunk Room: Perfect for families, featuring a Queen bunk with a Twin on top, a Full-size trundle, a Smart TV, and a Pack ’n Play.

Upstairs Full Bathroom: A shared full bath with a walk-in shower and all essentials.

Queen Suite: Offers a plush Queen bed, unique rope-style bedside lamps, a full mirror, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom & Bath: A plush Queen bed plus an additional Twin bunk bed, serviced by a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Neighborhood:

Walkable Perks: Unbeatable location! Enjoy a flat 2-minute walk to The Heavenly Roast Coffee Shop, Mtn Bros. Ice Cream and Sweet Shop, and the Mtn Bros. General Store & Pilgrim Pottery (You can easily walk to Heavenly Roast and several other popular shops in Wears Valley).

Mountain Wildlife: Wildlife sightings are possible and part of the magic! Please be safe and do not feed the bears 🐻. Also, the cabin receives regular professional pest control, but in a mountain environment, seasonal bugs may occasionally pop in to say hello.



Getting Around:

The cabin is exceptionally well-located in Wears Valley, offering easy access to the property with flat, paved roads and absolutely no steep or narrow winding mountain roads to worry about. Two private driveways provide flat, ample parking for up to 10 vehicles.

★ POOL AND POND ★ If you enjoy fishing or relaxing in a large pool, we recommend Honeysuckle Resort ($5 per person)

★ STARTER KITS ★ We supply a convenient starter kit including bar soap, liquid dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, laundry pods, and paper towels. This will cover your first night, but please plan to bring or buy more for longer stays.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ The health and safety of our guests are our top priority. We implement a rigorous cleaning protocol after every single check-out.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. (Contact us about the additional fees)

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ This is a strictly smoke-free property inside. Evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and deep-cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home with respect to preserve its pristine condition for future guests. A rental agreement detailing house rules will be sent 3 days prior to check-in.
