Also located on this level is a bedroom with two Twin XL beds and a convenient full bathroom, as well as another additional half bathroom located on this floor.



On the second floor, you'll find a laundry room and three additional bedrooms. Two guest bedrooms each feature a Queen-sized bed and their own private full bathroom. The luxurious primary suite offers a King-sized bed, a dry bar, a spacious walk-in closet, a double vanity, a mounted 50 inch smart TV, and a beautifully appointed walk-in shower, creating the perfect private retreat.



The top floor is designed for entertainment and relaxation, featuring a large game room complete with an oversized sectional couch, a poker table, and a full bathroom. Whether you're enjoying game night or simply gathering with friends and family, this versatile space is sure to be a favorite.



Adding even more flexibility and privacy for larger groups, the property also features a detached two-car garage with a private apartment above. This fully equipped guest suite includes a comfortable living room with a 50 inch smart TV,, a full kitchen with K-Cup coffee maker, a full bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with a King-sized bed. Perfect for extended family, grandparents, or guests who prefer their own separate space, the apartment provides all the comforts of home while remaining just steps away from the main house. It also features a queen sized sleeper sofa located in the living room.



With multiple living areas, private bathrooms, and plenty of room to spread out, this home is ideal for family vacations, group getaways, and special occasions.



Things to know:

Parking: 4 spots total- 2 outside in front of house, 2 in the garage under the apartment

Pool Access: Currently all guests staying on premises can use the pool - no outside guests may enter the pool area at anytime. / open 10am- 7pm daily. Memorial Day- End of September.
