Brian is a great host. Our family loves getting together at 4 West. The pool saved the week as the ocean was full of jellyfish. This was our 2nd year visiting and we love the location!

Loved this property. Very close walk to beach and some of our favorite spots. So nice to meet Brian and he was quick to respond to our few concerns we had. The pool area was awesome after time at the beach. Also grilling worked out great!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home! It was very nice and clean which was important to us having a baby who is crawling around! The home matched the description and the host was great with communication and responded back right away if anything was needed. We spent more time in the swimming pool than we did at the ocean! Highly recommend this home and host!

Outstanding property with many amenities. Heated pool was great and location is ideal. Easy walking distance to beach and many restaurants and an easy drive to Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany or Ocean City. Host was very friendly and exceptionally responsive to questions. Overall a great house, great location and great host.

Five Star Vacay

We loved everything about this house!! It felt very clean, the furniture was nice, and the kitchen & bathrooms were beautiful. We enjoyed the pool outside and being able to grill.

Perfection

Perfect beach vacation! This house was perfection. Wonderful location right on the bay - kayaks were a hit! And in walking distance to the beach. The outdoor pool, kitchen and deck provided a much needed reprieve from the hot beach. Honestly you didn’t have to leave the house to enjoy a perfect week.

The home was perfect for our family. Its size and layout allowed for three generations to comfortable vacation together.the proximity to things to do as well as the beach was fabulous.The beds are perfect for someone who likes a very soft mattress but are difficult for elderly people to get in and out of or someone who needs more support.The hosts responsiveness was amazing. Thank you for a great vacation. We would absolutely stay here again!

Incredibly clean and plenty of space for our 3 generation family vacation.Loved being able to walk to Fenwick attractions and the beach. The pool and outdoor TVs kept everyone so happy after a day at the beach. Having Matt’s Fish Camp less than one minute walk away kept all our oyster lovers very satisfied.House and property were very quiet considering how close it is located to the Coastal Highway.Brian was super responsive to our questions and went out of his way to make sure we could book the same week next year.

BEAUTIFUL property on the bay side of Coastal highway. Amazing layout and decor. The indoor and outdoor kitchens made eating in a better option than dining out. The house was well appointed and including the linens was so convenient. Getting to the beach was a fairly easy walk across Coastal Highway. This was an amazing escape and we would definitely book this property again!!!There was construction around us including a house being built across the street. This will be gone next season and was a minor annoyance during our stay.I strongly recommend this property!

First class

Fantastic property, top notch amenities from the moment you walk in the door. The little extras like the fans above the pool, bikes, beach chairs and cart, etc. really enhanced the stay. If you like to entertain outside during vacations this house has it all around the pool! The kitchen was well equipped, TVs in all rooms and beds were very comfortable. Brian was very helpful and although you don't need anything the 1 or 2 questions I had he answered immediately.
