I question the housekeeping actually ,after I found a used cigarette butt up in the cabinets. And for some odd reason, a door lock assembly sitting in pieces on top of the refrigerator. back door going out on patio would barely open and had a hard time, shutting and latching.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for these issues and understand your concern regarding the housekeeping. Finding a cigarette butt in the cabinet is certainly not the standard we expect, and we’ll be addressing this with our housekeeping team. We also apologize for the difficulty with the patio door and will have our maintenance team inspect the door to ensure it is opening, closing, and latching properly. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations
