This beautiful, one-bedroom vacation rental in San Clemente is one block from the beach and has been completely remodeled. Just 200 yards from the pier, this beachy San Clemente vacation rental is a charming place to enjoy a stay in Southern California.

Furnished and decorated to bring you the perfect beachside vacation, this Monterrey B condo includes a comfortable coastal living room with a ceiling fan and sliding doors to invite in the ocean breeze. You'll also have an HDTV with cable and a DVD player for relaxing vacation movie nights.

There's a private patio with a dining space, as well as additional outdoor seating space in the warm California sun.

Clean and cozy property with everything you want and need for a comfortable stay like being home. Great walkable location to the beach, pier and town. Deck with ocean breezes and sliver view was a real treat!

This spot is the quintessential San Clemente apartment. It felt like home. Clean, comfortable and everything was very easy as far as Check in check out.

Location was great! Walkable to restaurants and beach. The apartment is cute but amenities are basic. No Kleenex, no dish soap, and a broken dishwasher. Parking is challenging.

A lovely spot just blocks to the ocean and San Clemente Pier. It had all the essentials. The bed was very comfortable and the host & staff were excellent. There is a lovely outdoor porch but no view… that was ok. Only street parking is available.

You can see the ocean from the small patio. Parking space is extremely small but we were able to find free parking throughout our stay. It was in a quiet area and provided everything we needed. It did get warm at night as there are not enough windows to allow for a cross breeze.Overall, I was very satisfied.

Everything was comfortable. Shower was nice kitchen well equipped location was perfect. Only a couple things I wasn’t satisfied with … there was a strong mildew odor throughout the kitchen towels need replacing and the floor was filthy. I would have even mopped if there was a mop available.

Started out a bit rocky but they more than compensated by upgrading us to a nicer place easier to get in and out of, and answered every question we had, quickly and efficiently.

Loved the proximity to the beach and pier - weather was beautiful - was a little worried that there wasn’t air conditioning but the cool ocean breeze blowing thru the windows was amazing!
