This property has everything you need except yourself and our food! Tandem garage parking. All Bedrooms are downstairs and and living area is upstairs. Has 2 queens and a set of twins. 2 1/2 Bathroom. There are two Euroloungers that convert in to beds if needed. Cable Television. Living room has patio slider with BBQ and sunset views. Washer/dryer. All included. Come spend a week or a month in our condo you will enjoy the city, location and relaxation. Upgraded bathrooms and flooring, fixtures and TV's. Wifi

Girls Getaway

Jody was so easy to work with. Even contacted me that property was available for early check-in. Perfect location…walking distance to both beach and town. Having the parking was such a bonus. First stay in San Clemente and definitely want to return.

Perfect condo in every way!!!!!

We stayed for a week with our family of five. Took less than one minute to walk to the pier, beautiful view of the ocean, everything was perfectly clean and worked great. Communication with the host was perfect, very friendly, we’ve already recommended it to two other friends after being there. We will definitely be back.

Holiday Stay

Very comfortable well appointed home. Close to the beach, cute coffee spots, the peer and walking distance to SC town. Family of five stayed for the week after Christmas through New Year had a great time! Great spot, responsive host, recommend:)

5 min walk to the pier! Amazing space for our little family. The host was wonderful and responsive. Close to everything. Perfect for our trip. Would definitely book again.

Surf get away

Would recommend and we would stay again! Walking distance to pier with view of ocean from Balcony. Enjoyed coffee every morning from balcony with beautiful Sunsets from balcony also. Walking distance to coffee shops, ice cream, pizza and dining on the pier. Breakfast was really good on the Pier. Loved watching the surfers at the pier and T street. House was clean and kitchen fully stocked.

Surprise Stay, Definitely Recommended

What a wonderful spot and so close to the beach. Check in was easy and convenient. Cozy location (not a surprise by the beach) but great to not have neighbors right in your window or right over your head.

Great location

Great location just a short walk to the beach and pier even for younger kids. Rooms were just right and nice and clean. Having two bathrooms with showers and an additional bathroom upstairs in the living area was great.

Great Value, Exceptional Location

This property offers just what you need for your stay in San Clemente. The location is exceptional: the first in a line of condos just off of the main strip next to the pier. You could easily Uber from SNA and plant yourself at this home as everything you need for a beach vacation was within walking distance. The property manager communicated clearly and was responsive. Would book again.

Amazing time

This place was wonderful. The bathrooms were great. All three had lots of space and countertops. It was very nicely stocked with everything you needed. View was amazing. Communication with property manager was wonderful once we were booked. Nice not to have to worry about street parking. Would definitely recommend!

Thanksgiving week 2024

Great location, walking distance to pier, beach, shops, downtown, restaurants; close to outlets, shopping. Well stocked condo, very clean and roomy for our family of 3 adults and 3 kids. Couldn’t have asked for better weather. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

Wonderful place

I stayed many times in this rental years ago so I thought that I knew what to expect but I found that it has since had the bathrooms re-done, a new range in the kitchen, a 4K tv and new futons upstairs. We were very comfortable and to the best of my experience, it is the best priced 3 BR so close to the pier.

Very nice

Communication with her was excellent. We flew in from NJ and she made us feel comfortable with the check in process. House was immaculate. We loved taking the short stroll to the coffee shop down by the pier each am. If your in San Clemente I would recommend staying here.
