Perfect for families, our home features an inviting family room, a fun-filled kids room, and a wet bar. Located minutes from the Florissant Fossil Beds and Eleven Mile State Park, it is the ultimate base for fly fishing, hiking, and exploring the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center in total comfort.



The Space:

Peak View Vista is a peaceful 3-bedroom cabin-style retreat near Florissant, CO with jaw-dropping 360-degree views toward Pikes Peak and Eleven Mile — and sunsets and sunrises that are out of this world. Within four miles of downtown Florissant and close to Florissant Fossil Beds, Eleven Mile State Park (fly fishing), the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, and Hackett Gulch Trailhead, it's a prime base for outdoor adventure.



The three-story home features an inviting family room with comfy seating, a large smart TV with streaming, endless books, a wet bar with mini-fridge and Keurig, and a Nintendo Switch for the competitors, plus a dedicated kids' room with board games. A spacious, view-filled mountain getaway for families and friends.

The home was perfect for our trip. The house is laid out great for our group. Some small minor issues that didn’t interfere with us enjoying ourselves and it was an overall enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The setting is absolutely beautiful, nestled in the stunning Colorado landscape and offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.The home was exceptionally clean and well cared for, and it provided all the amenities our group needed for a comfortable stay. The host was easy to work with and maintained excellent communication throughout the process, responding quickly whenever we had a question.Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish.We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this property again on a future trip. Highly recommended!

Loved the Mountain View’s from almost every direction in the house. The house location is excellent. Perfect for a family that wants to spend time together. Property manager was great to work with. Favorite part of the stay was the groups of deer that would come right up to the house.

Be prepared to verify identity with pictures and DL pictures the night before the trip. Very bothersome as I had to take profile pictures repeatedly before one was accepted. I guess that is the way of the world, but doing it the night before departure added unnecessary stress. Questions were never responded to. Only AI generated messages during the stay.Still got 5 stars as the house and area were awesome. Thanks

Very roomy. Able to cook all meals there. Kitchen stocked well. Surrounding was beautiful, starry skies and wildlife. Overall very comfortable. No closet space for guests to hang up clothing. Some updating needed. Minor repairs needed.

Fun house!

Our family of eight-four kids, four adults-thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our visit to the Colorado Springs area. The house has great views and the floor plan offered a lot of flexibility. The lovely cabin decor enhanced the mountain experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable with amazing views

This house was very quiet, comfortable and offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains. This is a great location if you’re planning to visit Eleven Mile Canyon or Tarryall reservoir for fly fishing, hiking or outdoor recreation. We enjoyed our stay

Cleanliness should have been better. Many blinds and windows did not work. Since no air conditioning, it would have been helpful to have a box fan in each bedroom. They need a new can opener. A warning about the gravel road would have been nice.

Only issue not enough trash cans at the road. Everything else the view and space was amazing.

Peaceful reboot

Everything was as said it would be. Place was amazing fires every night and astounding views! Great hub for activities in the area. Perfect for a reboot from busy life!

Really Great and Spacious Home

Perfect accommodations for 12-14 adults. Beautiful and super comfortable home with lots of places to spread out. Quiet neighborhood, 20-30 minutes to lots of hiking, or Woodland Park. Loved the huge great room off the kitchen, the cozy loft, and the secluded basement! Decks were wonderful for sunrises and sunsets. Would stay here again! Note: WiFi is pretty iffy. I would suggest bringing thick black garbage bags, and kitchen utensils and towels. Not enough for large groups.
