Just over an hour from the Twin Cities, this wooded, riverfront home is close enough for a quick drive yet far enough to feel truly secluded. This private retreat with its own walking trails, dock, wraparound porch, and multiple fireplaces is perfect for making memories.

Garages

The attached and detached garages are not included as part of the rental, but there is ample parking space in the driveway.

Owner information

Please note that we (your hosts) live in the house right next door. While the guest space is completely private, we are on-site and readily available if you need local recommendations or assistance during your stay. Otherwise, we respect your complete privacy! We do prefer communication through the app, if possible.

Also, note that you may see us walking into the detached garage, which has an entrance facing away from the house.

House Rules

1. Maximum overnight occupancy is 10 people, and the maximum daytime occupancy is 12 people.
2. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs.
3. No pets.
4. No RVs or campers allowed for overnight stay.
5. All fires and embers are to be extinguished by 11:00 PM. (There is a garden hose nearby for this.) No unattended fires.
6. No parties.
7. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
8. Do not remove any vegetation from the property.

Guest Access

We use a smart lock to allow guest to enter the home when they want to check in after 3pm on check in day. You will receive a code the day of your reservation that will be your personal code to use during your stay.

Note that there are three security cameras on the property: a door bell camera, a camera in the driveway, and a camera near the fire pit area.
