This rustic cabin boasts a picturesque view of the Caney Fork River and historic Tennessee Central Railway bridge where natural beauty meets outdoor river adventures. Located less than 2 miles off I-40, minutes from Happy Hollow Caney Fork River boat ramp , 4 miles to Edgar Evans State park and Marina and 5 miles to Center Hill Dam/lake.

I love sharing the beauty of Center Hill Lake, the Caney Fork River, and the surrounding nature, and I hope each guest leaves feeling refreshed and grateful for their time here.

I didn’t really choose this property—the property chose me. It has been part of my family since the 1940s, and after the passing of a family member, I was blessed with the opportunity to purchase it and carry on its legacy. I’m grateful to share this special place with my extended family and with guests, while hopefully making it my retirement home one day. Geneva’s Bluff is special to me because this land has been part of my family’s story for generations. My great-grandmother, Sarah Geneva Boyd, purchased this land in the 1940s and raised her nine children here. She was blessed to see her grandchildren and great-grandchildren enjoy this special place as well.
My mother was born in this house, and some of my fondest memories were made here—visiting my great-grandmother, playing in the river, and spending time with my cousins. For me, Geneva’s Bluff is more than a cabin; it is a place filled with family, memories, history, and love. I’m honored to share a little piece of that history with our guests.
