The property is beautiful. Especially enjoyed the wrap around deck. The property owner ensured we had everything we needed and would definitely go back for another stay.

We loved our stay here, it was everything we were looking for during our trip in the countryside of Tennessee. Bill is an amazing and thoughtful host and the property is beautiful.

This is a great place to stay! We enjoyed every minute of the peace and serenity that comes with this cabin. Bill and Katie are great hosts! It was very clean and organized. I’m so glad we found this place, would absolutely recommend.

3 day get away

It was a nice quiet place to stay for a much needed get away. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and reading in the mornings.

Came from Michigan to spend Thanksgiving with family. Home was so cute & cozy, very clean and even had a Christmas tree in the corner. The large wrap around deck was perfect! William, the host, was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back next time we are in Tennessee

Christmas in Cookeville

Awesome home with a comfortable feel. Bill was awesome to work with. I highly recommend staying here, located close enough to town to be able to enjoy Cookeville. Yet in a very quiet and peaceful location

Super cozy cabin that had a perfect layout for us, loved the stone fireplace. The huge yard, deck, and all of the trees were great for us. Our dogs loved the yard. And our last two days we were with our newborn, who loved how peaceful and quiet it was out there. It was truly a sanctuary for us. And William, our host, could not have been nicer, or more helpful. Really nice guy.

We were in town for a rather abrupt trip. Bill was accommodating to our quick arrival and very responsive to trouble we had getting in. We loved the property and the privacy it offered. We will stay again when in town

Retirement exploration trip

Tennessee is one of the states that we are considering for retirement. We wanted to explore suburbs of Nashville and Knoxville, so Cookeville was a nice in-between spot. We also wanted a few "creature comforts" of home while we were away, so this VRBO was perfect! The wrap around porch was our favorite evening spot, as we enjoyed a cocktail and watched a mama deer and her two babies every evening!

Serenity Cabin

The name for this cabin is perfect! We enjoyed the guiet comfort this cabin offered. The hosts were/are very kind. When we had a small issue their son came over, helped us out, great conversation and quickly rectified the minor issue. Thank you for everything! When returning to this area of Tennessee we will stay again at Serenity Cabin!

The cabin had roaches. We notified the owner we were not staying and cancelled the reservation. Have heard nothing from the owner regarding our request for a refund. Will post bad reviews regarding the property and owner everytime i get the chance.

Cabin Rental

The cabin was very nice. It was difficult to see in the pictures, the fact that you would have to walk up a grassy incline to get to the stairs to access the property. It would be really good to have a clear walkway to the stairs. Did not feel, since we paid a cleaning fee, appropriate to require stripping the beds and taking the trash out. The owner was very responsive with all the questions we had.
