The place could have left some blankets as it is still chilly in NH this time of year.

the private beach was more than a 1/4 mile to the beach, The pots and pans were not clean in the cabinet, there was food left on them, the pictures of the home were very deceptive. They made the home look bigger than it actually was. The downstairs living area and bedroom had a really bad mold/mildew smell.

Nice NH stay

the house was spacious and nice. the yard had a nice campfire pit with seating. The basement was the only downside. There was a musty wet smell so we couldn’t use the rooms down there. the beach was very nice and just a short walk. Check in was so easy. The stay was pretty nice overall.

Very bad musty smell throughout. Wish there had been a proper coffee maker. Quality of tv color and image is poor. Kitchen is just adequately supplied. Just okay. Thank you.

The home was inspected last week, and while there was a slight musty smell noted from the basement, the homeowners have since installed a dehumidifier to help address this. The TV was checked and is functioning properly with a clear picture, and the home is equipped with a standard coffee maker for guest use. The kitchen is stocked to meet typical guest needs. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if something does not seem right, as we’re happy to assist in real time. Could have been better

The cleanliness was good, and I love a house that’s already been lived in, specially with children. Everything in and around the house was nice. Cons: Lots of pine needles. Was looking forward to using the fire pit but was absolutely impossible due to the needles. Also it AC window units you have to install if you need AC. Which you do because it still gets 90+ degrees inside NH.
