Summary:

Make your next trip to Seattle an unforgettable one at this dog- and family-friendly condo right in the heart of the Emerald City! This retreat features a tasteful interior that is sure to please everyone in your group. And on the Fourth of July, you can even see the fireworks show from the roof deck - a perk you won't find anywhere else!



The open floor plan combines the kitchen, the living room, and the dining area into one space - an ideal setup that keeps everyone together.



The Space:

The living area features a large and comfortable sectional sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a nice desk with unobstructed views of the city, and some books for drizzly afternoons. There is a shared roof deck as well, offering unique views of Seattle. To the west, you can see downtown and Elliott Bay; to the north are Lake Union and Queen Anne.



Please note: Due to the historic nature of this building, you may encounter sounds and smells typical of older structures. The Elektra building features a boiler heating system typical of older buildings. While it provides warmth during your stay, you may experience some noise as it operates. These sounds are simply part of its story!



What's nearby:

This unit offers a downtown location that is simply unbeatable. You'll be right in the heart of Seattle, steps away from major hospitals such as First Hill Medical Swedish Hospital and Virginia Mason Hospital and Seattle Medical Center. Dining options abound nearby if you'd like to try something local. Pike Place Market - the oldest continuously operated public farmers market in the United States - is just one mile west, while the iconic Space Needle is less than a mile and a half northwest.

Great location - very easy to walk to popular Seattle attractions. Of note - there is no central ac. There are ac units in the living room and each bedroom, but they are quite loud. Updated kitchen and living area, but this is an older property. It is cheaper than most other listings so that is good.

Last day of our stay the outlets no longer worked, could not charge phones, AC stopped working. I tried contacting the local host, no answer. Stay was through Vacasa, they were unable to help, VRBO states you have to deal with the host, building management said you needed to go through the host for assistance. I could not locate a circuit breaker box anywhere in the unit, there was one locked closet door that he box may have been located behind.

Great place to stay with friends! The only downside was dealing with parking but that’s because it’s in the center of downtown seattle so keep that in mind when booking! (: Thank you for letting us stay.

Great Place to stay and at a great price.

Location wasn't directly downtown but only a short 15 minute walk to Pike Market and a 5 minute walk to the Menorail. The rental was absolutely lovely!

This unit was in a very excellent location! Close to everything.. very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Keys were easy and everything went smoothly. I love the fact the owners are pet friendly!

Seattle Stay

Robert with Vacasa meet us with access and other information. Kitchen has been totally remodeled recently and looks really nice. Only issue is with parking but that is just a Seattle problem not the rental unit.

Proximity to Convention Center was key

Very easy walk to an event we were attending the the Seattle Convention Center. Did not have to rent a car.
